So Delicious & really warm 8 Puffs M-O Dubai! The chocolate & Dubai syrup are delicious, ice cream is cold, hard.

The staff is smile, kindness, accepte human error. (Tuesday Afternoon)

The dinning room & washroom are cleaned & cozy.

Ordered on App: Only worked when ordered on App. Scannez bar code at the counter won't worked Insuffisent balance on card 0.00$.

I have opened my new Mr. Puff Apps & tried to scannez it to earn points. But unfortunately the error message said: Insuffisent balance on card 0.00$. I should had to ordered on App instead of attempted to scannez my bar code & having & issue. But I prefer to pay Cash instead.

The staff told me it's a Gift Card on your app. I thought it's for to earn points like Subway, McDonald's or etc.

Occupied: Quiet but has music.

The puffs are delicious as always, but I was disappointed to see that the staff weren't wearing hairnets, beard nets, or gloves. It raises hygiene concerns, & it makes you feel like you have to inspect every bite. Cleanliness in food handling is important-I hope they take this seriously moving forward.

Yummy yummy after the food the best sweet dessert ever, super very busy, all good service is good puff is good & yummy place clean just the only issue is they make you wait a lot of time to pay they pass all online order & I’m still waiting to pay & she keep accepting all online order I felt bad but it’s ok I got my puff & forgot about it
