Envoie d une commande qui n était pas la bonne . Refus de reenvoyer la commande même s ils avouent avoir envoyer ma commande à quelqu'un d' autre. Me demande de m exprimer en anglais car ne comprennent pas le français. Impossibilité de parler à un gérant. Aucun remplacement de produit ni remboursement. Pire expérience ever ! La commis fini par me rappeler en me traitant d enfant parce que je demande à être crédité car le problème de commande n est toujours pas réglé au delà de une heure plus tard. Elle a fini l appel En vrai Karen qui cri au téléphone . Totalement incroyable
