Je vais souvent au magasin la nourriture est bonne mais j'ai remarqué que le personnel ne sourit jamais avec les clients, on a l'impression de les déranger avec notre commande, je ne peux pas dire qu'ils sont méchants mais ne pas sourire du tout c'est très gênant.
Ça faisait au moins 5ans que j'en avais pas mangé & j'hésitais vraiment d'en commander sur uber mais je regrette pas c'était délicieux malgré l'heure tardive, elle étaient chaudes & croustillantes. Merci
The only reason im putting 3 stars its because the 2 workers were overload of commands. They told us the boss didnt want to put more than 2 of them. We waited more than 30 minutes for our command of 50 puffs.

the service was really friendly & told me i could also do 6-6 so i went for bueno & oreoish puffs. the puffs were perfectly fried, a bit of a crunch on the outside & really soft from the inside & they were not really sweet. the toppings were just wayyyyy to sweet for me & it was a lot of topping but i guess this place is also made for people who crave super sweet things. 12 are defo too much for one person i figured so it would be nice to have an option for less but i guess that's north america.

It is a very good & affordable place to get a dessert. Quick & courteous service. They have puffs, ice cream, coffee & some other stuff. We found that the store at Mt Royal is the best.
Première fois au Mr Puffs à Montréal. Généreux sur le glaçage ! Bien chauds & croustillants. Cependant, le tier des puffs étaient carrément dures, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, comme trop frites. Ce n'était pas la texture moelleuse à laquelle je suis habitée à Québec. Un peu déçue de mon expérience.
Very fresh & crispy puffs. Delicious sauce. Price, quality & quantity all great. I am not saying that this is world class but your taste buds won't be disappointed if ur craving some dessert.
