Customer service was amazing. Ryan & mahie were amazing & were genuine people. I ordered the strawberry puffs & they tasted so good. Food was made quick & even as a tourist they helped me navigate the menu. Will come back & do recommend. ❤?

I gave 2 just for the good puffs balls. But the drinks? Oh ot's just water ! 4 beverages & none of them tasted anything but water ! Huge amount of ice & fven if you removed the ice you will still find the drink is totally Non-drinkable !

Puffs were great as usual, my favourite balls of straight up pure concentrated diabetes. But wow, licking you finger & then preping a drink is something out of the menu, I don't remember ordering my mocha with extra germs. Dropping an ice scoop on the floor & just slightly rinsing it with water was great to see too. Pick Montreal experience, 10/10.

J'ai mangé des Mr. Puffs plusieurs fois, mais quand j'ai vu leurs poubelles dans la ruelle en arrière, ça ne m'a pas inspiré à y retourner. Leurs poubelles débordent de partout. Résultat : les animaux ramassent leurs Mr. Puffs & salissent tout le quartier !
