Furthermore, with fresh ingredients and vibrant colors, each bowl transports you to a far away warm vacation.
Overall, Moushi earns praise for fresh salmon, crisp toppings, and sauces that balance well with seasoned rice to create a healthy, satisfying poke bowl, and service is described as friendly and helpful. Frequent patrons describe it as a dependable favorite with high quality and standout flavors. A delivery experience is mentioned as disappointing in one case, with stale, cold rice and underwhelming presentation compared with in store quality, and sesame seeds that were missing. The strongest praise calls it the best poke bowl ever and highlights the variety of toppings and the overall experience. Taken together, Moushi is seen as a top option for poke bowls with a few caveats about delivery quality.
Bought Salmon/Tuna bowl. It was less than Ok. No flavour at all
Also had General Tao & it was terrible. It was chicken nuggets with no flavour & not even a good sauce
Don't recommend it at all
The salmon is incredibly fresh & buttery, with great flavor. Toppings are crisp & varied, & the rice is perfectly seasoned. Sauces complement the bowl without overpowering it. A satisfying, healthy, & delicious choice. Highly recommended!
Having recently returned from Hawaii, I really wanted a good poke bowl & found this place. It was a big disappointment. Flavours were bland. Fish portion was small. Rice was not good. & too many fillers (edamame, carrots?, pickled onions, cucumbers). Very friendly staff & good service but food simply wasn't on point.
Love the food there. So many different options to create your own bowls. Every meat option is great whether it's the salmon, tuna or even the general Tao!
Have been numerous times for the Poke bowls. Ingredients are fresh & a good size portion. Even got a lunch meal catered (12 people). Just called & place my order with my pick up time & was ready with utensils for me. Was easy to serve & enjoyed by my colleagues even with food restrictions.

-Bowls are shallower than they look, looks like more food than you get, & costs a lot. -The worker grabbed avocado without gloves. -Most of it flavourless. Everyone & their cousin is doing poke, sadly the competition is diluted. In a poke competition of Montreal this place would not make top 10. +Decent parking lot & road convenience is the only plus.
First time ordering a poke bowl here, as i went to order bubble tea next door, looking inside of this store made me curious & went for it. I ordered myself a Maui poke bowl, salmon marinated with teriyaki sauce, edamame, red cabbage, ginger, cucumber, fried onion & sesame sauce on top. beautiful presentation, generous portion, decent price, great sustainable packaging love it. Staff very friendly, the decor was very minimalistic, very clean & airy. There is a parking lot so no worries Once i arrived home i have tried the poke bowl, it was pretty good except for the red cabbage being a little dry, & i wished they had put less ginger & put other things more instead (knowing ginger wipes out all the taste) & the sesame sauce a little blend. but except for that the salmon was fresh & in general everything was good, i still enjoyed my bowl. Curious about the other style of poke bowls, they all look tasty definitely going back for more!
The food was mediocre at best. The fried items in my husband's bowl tasted like very old fryer oil, & the remaining ingredients in our dishes were bland. Considering it was $60 for the two of us for essentially fast food (& neither of us got raw fish), we would have expected much better.

The salmon bowl was excellent. I would definitely recommend some sort of sauce for the rice, or it will just be plain white rice. Plenty of really good topping options in my opinion. I love that they offer mango & it was delicious.
I didn't find it expensive at all, but I'm coming from the California market so I'm not sure if it's normal or high for this area.
