Decent Atmosphere, but Food Quality Needs Improvement
I recently dined at Mosaic Resto Lounge & had a mixed experience. The ambiance is inviting, with impressive decor & cleanliness that set a pleasant tone upon entry. The staff were friendly & attentive, which I appreciated.
A notable feature is their iPad-based ordering system, allowing guests to browse the menu & place orders digitally. This modern touch enhances the dining experience, making it interactive & efficient.
However, the quality of the food didn't meet my expectations. While the menu offers a variety of Middle Eastern dishes, some items lacked the authentic flavors I was hoping for. For instance, the chicken chich sandwich I ordered was underwhelming & didn't stand out in taste.
In summary, while Mosaic Resto Lounge offers a pleasant environment & courteous staff, there's room for improvement in the food's authenticity & flavor. I hope they address these areas to enhance the overall dining experience.

J'ai récemment dîné au Mosaic Resto Lounge & j'ai eu une expérience mitigée. L'ambiance est accueillante, avec un décor impressionnant & une propreté qui donne le ton dès l'entrée. Le personnel était sympathique & attentionné, ce que j'ai apprécié.
Une caractéristique notable est leur système de commande basé sur iPad, permettant aux clients de parcourir le menu & de passer des commandes numériquement. Cette touche moderne améliore l'expérience culinaire, la rendant interactive & efficace.
Cependant, la qualité de la nourriture n'a pas répondu à mes attentes. Bien que le menu propose une variété de plats du Moyen-Orient, certains éléments manquaient des saveurs authentiques que j'espérais. Par exemple, le sandwich au poulet chich que j'ai commandé était décevant & ne se démarquait pas par son goût.
En résumé, bien que le Mosaic Resto Lounge offre un environnement agréable & un personnel courtois, il y a place à l'amélioration dans l'authenticité & la saveur de la nourriture. J'espère qu'ils aborderont ces domaines pour améliorer l'expérience culinaire globale.
The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere, with cool decor & a really cool vibe. The service was top-notch, with the servers being super friendly & patient.
The food was gorgeous & super tasty, it really left a good taste in my mouth. I'd definitely go back to try more of their menu!
Very good food. Hummus is extremely delicious. Shisha is excellent. Meat is fresh & tastes good. The place is not loud. Service is very good, our server made sure we got our food the way we wanted. Food came a bit late, but all good.

We went for lunch & we were 5 people total but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. They brought the food for each person one by one & I was the last one to receive the food after 45mins of waiting & by the time I got my food, all my friends were done theirs. It was so sad, I couldn't enjoy the meals with my friends & had to stare at them eating while I was waiting for my meal to arrive. I was extremely disappointed as the restaurant was empty & we were the only people there so I didn't understand why it was slow & they couldn't bring the meals all at once so we could all enjoy it together.
I recently visited Mosaic with a group of 10 colleagues, & while the presentation of the food was visually appealing (as you can see in the photos), the overall experience was underwhelming. Despite booking a week in advance, the restaurant seemed completely unprepared. We were the only table there for the two hours we spent dining, & yet the service was far below expectations. The waitress showed no enthusiasm or effort in making our visit enjoyable. With no other tables to serve, it felt like a missed opportunity to create a positive experience for us. Service was disorganized, with dishes arriving at different times, leaving us to eat separately instead of as a group. I personally didn't enjoy my chicken sandwich, which lacked flavor & didn't meet my expectations. However, some appetizers were enjoyable, such as the salad & certain dips, though others fell short in quality. A few of my colleagues had positive feedback about their mains, so there might be potential in other dishes I didn't try. The dessert experience was disappointing. The waitress initially recommended two desserts, only to return later & inform us they hadn't "arrived yet." This strongly suggests that desserts aren't made in-house. The alternatives we ordered weren't fresh & felt like an afterthought, which was a letdown. That being said, I'm open to trying Mosaic again because some of the appetizers looked great, & I didn't have the chance to try everything. The setting & presentation of the food are promising, but the restaurant really needs to work on their service, preparation, & consistency to deliver a better experience.
Food is good. Nothing exceptional but generally good. Service has to be one of the worst I've seen in a while. I never left a restaurant without tipping but had no choice this time. I think we had to ask 8 times for water before someone got us some when we were about to leave. Waiter was nowhere to be found most of the night & when found, it took forever to get whatever we asked. Needless to say we won't ever come back.

My friend got his meal 15 minutes after the rest of us. We asked 3 times for water before getting some. Flies were all over the place & my shisha ran out of charcoal twice before someone came to change them. Poor service experience but good food.
Went with friends for mezzas & Arak, very impressed. Loved the delicious baba ghanouj, Muhammara, cheese rolls, fattoush, tabboule & more. Great service 😁🤩🤠
Our experience at Mosaic Resto Lounge was absolutely fantastic. We ordered delivery quite a few dishes & every single one of them was delicious. The flavors were bold & the presentation was beautiful. I would highly recommend Mosaic Resto Lounge to anyone looking for great food!. We will definitely be returning in the future or ordering in again
