This place stood out. The food was great, exactly what I was hoping for, but what really made the experience worth mentioning was the customer service Kim offered!
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming & genuinely friendly. Not over the top, just a great person who seemed to actually care. She took the time to answer my several questions & didn't make me feel rushed or like I was just another order to get through even with the line behind me. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Especially after realizing that she was like that with everyone!!!
It made the whole experience feel more personal & enjoyable. Im coming back for sure & recommending it to anyone looking for more than just a quick & filling lunch, this place actually gets it right.
Food was very Tasty but it was a bit disappointed with the portion size. My order consisted of salad french fries & chicken, they could've put more salad since I asked them to substitute the rice for salad
If you get the young guy, you're in for a good day. He usually works during the day great smile & great service.
However, if you get (what I assume is) the mom or dad, you're out of luck. Neither of them smiles much. The ambience is unwelcoming. You'd think they were just having a rough day, but it feels like every day is a rough day for them. Today, I had to stare at the mom for a full minute before she even looked at me & said,'Next.' She also responded to other customers pretty coldly.
As for the food, it's good but the portion sizes are inconsistent. Some days they're quite generous; other days, it feels like they've run out of food.
You would think maybe they would do better because now their main competitor is Poulet Rouge but nope.
Je viens à ce restaurant une fois par semaine d'abord pour la qualité du service d'un personnel sympathique & chaleureux. Les prix sont très abordables & la nourriture est préparée avec soin.
Great first experience. I went with my family members & we were greeted with a nice smile from a lady at the counter. Her service was friendly, fast & kind. She even served natas to everyone in our party even though we had paid for only one.
The food was hot, fresh & very tasty!! The prices are amazing for the portion size !! The staff were very kind & actually said hello apon walking in witch is very rare these days in restaurants !! 9/10
