The food was so delicious, & I really loved the flavors! I highly recommend the Asian morning set & the Jungle Infusion drink (if I remember the name correctly). The drink was so special & refreshing!

The only small suggestion I have is that there was a bit too much blueberry jam for my taste. Other than that, everything was great!

La qualité est toujours aussi irréprochable ! Nous y avons dîné à quatre cette fois-ci, & tout le monde s'est régalé. Les portions sont vraiment généreuses & le rapport qualité-prix reste incroyable, voire imbattable. Mes amis étaient ravis. Je recommande encore plus vivement !

Véritable coup de coeur pour cette adresse !
La fraîcheur des poissons est irréprochable (mention spéciale pour le Bluefin Otoro & le saumon Ora King), & l'équipe nous explique gentiment la provenance de chaque produit.
Les assiettes sont copieuses, mais surtout, le restaurant ne fait aucun compromis sur les détails : alors que les poissons viennent déjà des meilleures régions, ils vont jusqu'à importer directement du Japon des éléments de base comme le gari, le wasabi ou le mizuna. C'est le signe d'une cuisine d'une grande rigueur.
Le service est adorable & très attentionné. Courrez-y les yeux fermés !

Honestly such a great discovery & little gem. Will be my go to sushi place. The portions are GENEROUS. The chirashi bowl had so much otoro & so much variety of fish. They had fresh tuna the day we went. The nigiri was also huge. Come here hungry. Would definitely recommend to come here for sushi. Also for the price/portion ratio, this place has crazy value. Would come back with friends to share more dishes!

The place is so cozy!

Nous avons eu une excellente expérience chez Mont Brise.

La cuisine est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec une fusion parfaitement maîtrisée entre influences asiatiques, brunch anglais & brunch américain. Chaque plat est travaillé, original & vraiment savoureux.

Le lieu est tout aussi remarquable : une décoration rétro très stylée, pensée dans les moindres détails, qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse & unique.

Mention spéciale à l'équipe, qui est absolument formidable : à l'écoute, compréhensive & très réactive. Le service est impeccable du début à la fin.

Le brunch est excellent ! Mon favoris a été le Asian Morning, gros coup de coeur, mais tout était délicieux. Les boissons sont bonnes également. Je recommande vivement d'y goûter si vous êtes dans le coin de l'île des soeurs !
