First time I tried monster Shawarma & I do not regret it one bit. It was amazing, driving home. I went out of my way to message my wife to tell her that my car smelled like when I was in Lebanon, visiting her family & the food reminded me of when I would order food in Lebanon. If you're looking for a classic Lebanese Shawarma, the size of your head if not bigger, this is the place to be. It's crispy. It's juicy the garlic sauce is incredible. There's a lot of places out there. I went out of my way to even call the owner to tell him that his is the best one. Don't miss out. Go get your Shawarma when you're hungry for one you won't be disappointed!
To be frank, it was one of the best chicken shawarma I had in montreal. The crispiness, juiciness of the chicken, crispy pita, garlic sauce was great too. 10/10 Sandwich.
I had the most amazing experience at Monster Shawarma! Their chicken shawarma is absolutely out of this world-so flavorful, perfectly spiced, & the meat is so tender. & the chicken sandwich? Wow-crispy, juicy, & paired with a perfect sauce that just elevates every bite. If you're a fan of shawarma, this place is a must-visit-I can't wait to go back!

J'ai toujours aimé leur monstre shawarma mais malheureusement à chaque fois que je commande je mets des instructions:sans poivron , sauce oignon & sans cornichons mais malheureusement je trouve toujours des oignons & du poivron
J'ai bien aimé leur shawarma au poulet sauce onctueuse pas trop gras poulet tendre a souhait & surtout qu'il etais wrapper très solide tres facile a manger 10/10
J'y suis allée aujourd'hui après que Mustapha Zennoun, un influenceur Instagram, m'ait conseillé de leur redonner une chance. Malheureusement, mon expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de la publicité.
Ce qui était annoncé sur leur promo ne correspondait pas à ce que j'ai reçu : manque de sauce, pas de pain, pas de garniture, & très peu de frites. On m'a expliqué que la promo comprenait seulement la poule, un peu de frites & une seule sauce.
J'ai fait une réclamation sur place, mais la réponse n'était pas satisfaisante. En plus, il y avait un problème d'organisation : certaines personnes ne respectaient pas la file d'attente, & malgré mes remarques au propriétaire & à la caissière, rien n'a vraiment changé. Apparemment, le même problème s'était déjà produit la veille.
Je trouve dommage qu'il y ait autant d'écart entre la publicité & la réalité. Une meilleure gestion du service & plus de transparence sur les promotions seraient vraiment nécessaires.

I feel like I would have had a better experience in person but I'm on the further side of Montreal so this was an UberEats experience. I really wish I went for the traditional saj sandwich that looks so nice. Instead I went for their unique'Monstre' sandwich. Unfortunately this was not the right pick. If I knew what to expect, I would have definitely told them to go light on the sauce, & exclude the BBQ sauce altogether which had no place in this sandwich. This thing was drowning in sauce, to the point where the bread got completely soggy & disintegrated 2/3 in. They do include gloves as a cheeky note to how messy the sandwich gets which was cute. But gastronomically, it was a disaster. The meat wasn't nearly quality enough to save this sandwich, as much as I could taste it through the sea of unnecessary sauces.
