Stopped in for a few chocolates & to escape the heat & we were so happy we did!! We tried about 5 or 6 chocolates & they were amazing! The young man serving us explained each one with such passion! I cant say what was my fave because I loved each one I tried!!
It's a good price. The raspberry one was pretty good & the chocolate shell was really crunchy. Although it was pretty sweet & the mousse was thick. I would prefer it with more raspberry jam & less mousse to make a balance of sweetness.
It's pretty pricey but wasn't bad. We got the raspberry one. The chocolate shell is thin & very much satisfying to bite. However, it tasted pretty artificial. The inside was filled with a lot mousse which really overpowered the raspberry jam. For me, the best part was the jam so it was truly unfortunate. Nevertheless, it was pretty good in general.
heres a little sneak peek of the Mango & Raspberry!!! for me the mango was very mid,too overrated & the raspberry INCREDIBLE WOWOWO!! The white chocolat is immaculate on both,& the both were very beautiful,i need to try the Burger one next!!
We tried these trompe-l'oeil & they were honestly really tasty & beautifully made.
Mango & lime ones especially looked so realistic! Yeeees it's a bit expensive, but for a special treat once in a while, it's ok.
I maybe expected a bit more wow from the café atmosphere itself & wished there were more trompe oeil choices, but overall it was a good good

Un peu décevant quand-même pour 104$ pour 6 , pour le même prix ailleurs(+ -)ça serait pas mon premier choix disons , ( Pour poursuivre mon message à votre réponse, nous , on a choisi 3 pâtisseries donc toi une autre sur la rive-sud & mtl , sûrment si on aurait choisi juste toi ,oui sont bons , mais comme je vous dis ,on a fait 3 endroits d où je me permet de dire ,vous êtes pas ma première place, désolé de donner mon opinion, vous êtes pas les pires , vous êtes encore dans mon top 10 pour la rive-sud, bonne continuation à vous

Ordered the croissant & mango, both had tasty unique flavours. I also ordered hazelnut latte which was good as well. The only downside is the price, it is very expensive. Not sure what justified their prices but I cant judge on that. From a customer's point of view i would say it is very expensive.

Une tuerie !! Des trompe-l'oeil magnifiques & surtout délicieux 😍
Super fondants dans la bouche, avec des saveurs vraiment réussies. On voit le soin dans chaque détail. Je recommande fortement ❤?❤? hâte de retourner & réessayer d'autres saveurs ❤?❤?
Les pâtisseries de chez mon secret gourmand sont tout simplement magnifiques, les plus belle que j'ai jamais vues.
Pour ce qui est de la pâtisserie en elle même, j'ai été un peu déçue du rapport qualité/prix.
Le trompe l'oeil poire ne contenait que très peu de morceaux de poire, & la crème n'avait presque aucun goût. Je m'attendais à une explosion de poire en bouche. Si j'avais dégusté a l'aveugle, je ne sais pas si j'aurais reconnu le fruit.
Je trouve également dommage que les crèmes utilisées soient si lourdes. & si épaisses. Cela fait en sorte que les pâtisseries manquent selon moi définitivement de légèreté & sont dures à finir.
Je crois que les deux meilleurs trompes l'oeil que j'ai dégusté sont la pistaches & la noisette.
Très dispendieux pour ce que c'est. Pour avoir comparé avec d'autres endroits, légère déception, il y a comme une partie « gâteau » à l'intérieur qui devient d'une texture moins agréable. La pistache XL style Dubaï, je m'attendais à des pistaches croquantes à l'intérieur ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Elle m'a rapidement tombé sur le coeur dû aux textures & goûts malheureusement. La mangue était excellente si ce n'avait été de la partie style gâteau.

Délicieux & raffiné, coup de coeur pour le matcha à la pistache 🍵 & le trompe l'oeil chasse à la framboise. J'aimerais qu'on puisse aussi y retrouver du salé comme par exemple un service de sandwich à thé, style'afternoon tea' 🥪🫖.
went to go buy the raspberry, pistachio & noisette. Service was great but the trompes l'oeil are not worth the hype. the cream didn't taste great & they all had a refrigerator taste. I wouldn't go back & i'd say these are wayyyy too overhyped. they look great tho!
