We have just partaken in an outstanding meal at this little gem of a place! The place was packed-it's a Wednesday night during a heat wave. That says it all, if you've ever worked in the restaurant biz. We had the Ceasar salad & meatballs to start. Tangy, creamy, crunchy fresh goodness as far as the salad went. Beautiful meatball perfection, as far as the meatballs went. Perfectly seasoned, dense & generous in size. Just as I like them. The sauce was a fresh, sweet & simple delight. Bullseye! We followed with tortelinni à la Gigi & Pizza Matteo. Amazing stuff, full of the aforementioned freshness & complexity. The portions are very generous, so plan ahead! Against my better judgement, we shared a serving of beautiful tiramisu. It's homemade & it's damn good. Perhaps a little too good, if you know what I mean. The service was friendly, efficient & very pleasant. We will be back, for sure.Voir plus
