We used to love Mon Ami & visited frequently. It used to be a fantastic, family-friendly spot:the food was great, the kids loved the coloring activities while waiting, & there was a wonderful Filipino server who always made us feel incredibly welcome (we miss him). You could tell the business truly cared.

Unfortunately, over our last few visits (spanning about the last 6 months), we've noticed a significant decline. Our visit today was the most disappointing yet. We ordered our favorite, the spicy fried chicken, but it wasn't spicy at all. When I brought this to our server's attention, he simply shrugged his shoulders instead of checking with the kitchen or offering a solution.

It feels like the restaurant is currently just trying to survive rather than maintain the high standards they used to have. I am leaving this review because we truly want the owner to take action, fix the service, & bring Mon Ami back to its former glory.

I usually don't like writing negative reviews, but this experience was honestly too bad to ignore. The food was absolutely awful. We ordered the Korean fried chicken, & it was by far the worst fried chicken we've ever had.
The chicken had no flavor at all; it tasted like plain, underseasoned meat that had just been fried. Even worse, some pieces seemed undercooked, with a raw texture inside & an unpleasant smell. It was genuinely off-putting. It was so bad that we couldn't even finish a single piece.
On top of that, the prices were quite high for the quality we received. Overall, a very disappointing experience & definitely not worth it.

The absolute best Korean fried chicken. Perfectly cooked & seasoned. Fresh every time. Service is wonderful. Highly recommend

Some dishes are reasonably priced & taste alright but charging $27 for 300g of not the freshest popcorn chicken is rediculouse. We didn't want a sauce with the chicken & asked if it's free. The waiter told us that it comes with the chicken. After paying the bill it turned out we payed extra $5 for the souce & the menu has two options with & without souce.

Their fried chicken never disappoints!!!! We often order ubereats from this location & the fried chicken always arrives crispy, tender & still very warm!

The food was amazing,the chicken was crispy & perfectly cooked. The service was amazing & the server made sure all our needs were fulfilled. I would definitely come here again.

The food was amazing, crispiest fried chicken ever! The soft tofu soup was delicious as well. The service was also top notch, they we're extremely kind & attentive!
