As an Italian, it's always a challenge to find a good Italian style pizza. Moccione's was the best I've tried in Montreal so far. The pizzas were excellent. If you want to dine in, you'll have to book well in advance. Service was awesome. The only'problem' is that they close at 9pm &, even if they still let you finish without hurry if you had a reservation for 8pm or later, watching them clean was not the best, but everything else was perfect.
It's giving Italian natural, fresh, juicy pizza. Very moist & juicy topping in tasty sauce, with slightly burnt soft & crunchy dough. Not heavy/ salty/ greasy at all. It's less like American style pizza. It's more light, healthy & natural Italian style, with lots of real flavours from good ingredients.
Not many seat inside, you make want to reserve a table. We want on a Saturday, it is actually open at 5pm. They should have updated the opening hours to avoid confusion.
1iere visite & ce ne sera pas la dernière. Arancinis sont délicieux, crémeux & croustillants. Pizzas confectionnés avec des produits frais & cuites à la perfection. 1 pizza = 2 personnes. Ambiance chaleureuse & service amical. Réservation requise car il n'a pas 10 tables dans ce resto.
Petite pizzeria de quartier dans Villeray! Le restaurant est très cosy avec peu de tables ce qui est parfait pour manger au calme. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger pour que nous puissions voir les cuisiniers préparer ces très bonnes pizzas. Nous nous sommes régalés! La pâte à pizza est très bonne & les ingrédients sont frais. Belle sélection de bières de microbrasserie ainsi que de vins au verre ou à la bouteille. Le service est rapide & agréable! Je conseille les cannoli pour la touche sucrée, vraiment excellents! Ma seule suggestion serait de servir les bières dans des verres à bières au lieu de verres à eau pour en apprécier encore plus les saveurs & arômes. Merci pour ce moment, nous reviendrons!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moccione, & I can confidently say it was some of the best pizza I've had in quite some time. The crust struck the perfect balance-crispy & chewy in the middle, with those beautifully charred spots that show it's been done right. Light, fluffy, & full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed evening out. The staff were incredibly friendly & attentive, adding to the warm vibe of the place. & the cannolis? Simply outstanding. Hands down, the best I've had in years. Highly recommend.
On s'est fait livrer, la pizza etait deliciiieuse. On s'est vraiment régalés, je n'imagine meme pas servie en restaurant. Ouf c'est certain qu'on recommandera souvent!
Excellente pizza! Une des meilleure pizzeria (sinon la meilleure) à Montréal! L'espace est relativement petit donc je vous suggère de réserver à l'avance.
J'avais hâte de tester la pizzeria Moccione & j'en suis absolument ravie ! Le personnel est non seulement très sympathique, mais aussi attentif à chaque détail. La pizza que j'ai dégustée était délicieuse, avec une pâte parfaitement cuite & des ingrédients frais. L'ambiance du lieu est agréable & contribue à une expérience culinaire plaisante. Je suis impatiente de revenir pour découvrir d'autres créations de leur menu.
Les pizza sont excellentes, pâte fine & aussi savoureuse qu'elle paraît en photo, le site de commande est très simple d'utilisation ; seul bémol il y a une section notes/demande spéciale & la mienne n'a pas été respectée donc à priori même pas lue ? Mais j'y ai recommandé tout de même :) Testées & validées : marguerita & jean-bonne
