Mlle Catherine obtient des éloges pour ses glaces riches et crémeuses et ses desserts trempés au chocolat, une large gamme de trempage et de garnitures, ainsi qu'un service rapide, avec des amateurs de crêpes, sorbets et une ambiance vive et attrayante; les desserts sont décrits comme de haute qualité et servis en portions généreuses, tandis que l'ambiance est animée et le cadre intérieur et extérieur est remarquable; certains avis notent des prix élevés, un espace restreint et une fréquentation soutenue, ainsi que l'absence de toilettes; dans l'ensemble, c'est une adresse prisée par les amateurs de desserts en quête de variété et d'une expérience soignée.
It's too bad I cant give zero stars. Don't ever eat at this ice cream shop if you want to keep your dignity. First of all, the service is absolutely horrendous, you will be treated like a piece of cattle the moment you walk in. Once you get your order they will throw it at you very rudely. Buying at this place feels like a nightmare. It make sense that the employee's are so rude, the owners only care about making money & treat their employees as slaves from what I saw briefly being there. After I got my order, a thin middle aged woman absolutely went crazy on the cashier because she wasn't working'fast enough'. It was apparent she was one of the owners.
The quantities they give you are absolutely ridiculous, even the large sizes are what you would give a small child & it is highly expensive even if it is a touristy area.
The place is also in absolutely horrid condition. I cant understand why its not shut down, I saw various health code violations! The trash is right in the entrance & it reeked of death. Upon inspection I saw what I could only describe as rat-droppings along the edges of the floor. On that note already feeling like my day couldn't get any worse from that experience I taste the ice-cream & it feels off. How can they miss this badly that ice cream tastes rancid, must be one of their'creative flavors'. The next day I was food poisoned. I cant tell you with 100% confidence that it was this Ice-cream but it is highly likely.
This is a clear tourist trap & anyone that says the opposite is blinded by their vacation & the novelty, but really there is nothing novel from poor service, bad pricing & bad hygiene. Please stay as far away as possible & don't contribute anymore to these people.

The best ice cream ever. The coffee is good too. I fell in love with their pina colada too. Gorgeous decor. Quick service, fresh products. Amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms. Otherwise, it's a perfect place to hang out.

Les glaces sont variées & bonnes.
Le service est rapide & l'accueil est super.
Les portions sont généreuses & la glace chocolat Dubai ainsi que le sorbet à la mangue sont incontournables.
Il y a des tables & bans, chaises pour s'asseoir & manger sur place.
L'endroit est très propre & convivial.
On comprend pourquoi il y a tant de monde. Le service est impeccable.
Pistachio gelato had the texture of ice cream & tasted of artificial flavoring & had some ice crystals (the server was scraping the bottom to make to full scoop). The mango sorbet was quite delicious though. I would recommend to stick to the fruit sorbets.
Mlle Catherine is simple dessert done extremely well. The line gets long but it's well worth it. A wide variety of dips with really quality ice cream makes this a great spot for dessert!
The interior & exterior is a very unique setting for a cafe like place, although it's very busy it is beautiful to look at.
Les crèmes glacées sont généreuses & très bonnes. La personne qui les prepare est très gentille & de bons conseils. Le prix, est très correct pour l'emplacement. Je recommande +++
