I wish I could give this place 5 stars because we had such a great experience here last year, which is why I decided to bring my kids back again yesterday. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.

This asian woman (I think she is Chinese) working at the counter was rude & seemed very impatient with my children. My daughter asked if they had strawberry, & she replied,'This is all we have.' I told my daughter that they had raspberry, but before my daughter even agreed, the woman went ahead & gave her raspberry.

When we were choosing the type of cone, she was also very quick to grab a regular cone without taking the time to see what we actually wanted. My daughter kept pointing at the cone she wanted, so I had to speak up for her, but the woman responded,'I don't understand.'

The whole interaction felt very rushed, & I didn't even have enough time to properly ask my 5 year-old son what he wanted. I was really upset by the experience. Thankfully, the kids still enjoyed the ice cream, but unfortunately, we ended up with an order they didn't actually ask for.

It's disappointing because we had such a positive experience last year. I hope the staff can be more patient & attentive, especially when serving young children.

Pistachio taste extremely artificial. One of the worst I had. The cone was stale too - soft & clearly been left out for more than a day

Le trempage de la glace molle est vraiment très très fin & n'est pas croquant. Pour le prix & tout les commentaires élogieux, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.
Par contre les gelatos sont bonnes.

Les crèmes glacées chez Mlle Catherine sont incroyables, mais alors avec le trempage au chocolat, c'est un tout autre niveau ! Le mélange du croquant & de l'onctueux est juste parfait. L'endroit est super charmant & l'ambiance au top. Si vous cherchez la meilleure glace en ville, foncez-y sans hésiter ! 🍦✨
