Not your typical sushi overloaded with tempura & mayo-here, you can truly taste every subtle ingredient, thoughtfully & artfully balanced by the chef. The flavours are refined, harmonious, & incredibly fresh. The cut of the fish is perfectly mastered, each piece showcasing real skill. Presentation was so beautiful I just had to set the platter down & admire it before diving in. Quite simply, the best sushi I've had in the Greater Montreal area lately. Absolutely lovely.
