Overall, Miyu Restaurant receives praise for fresh, high quality ingredients, well seasoned rice, and generous portions, with balanced flavors across a range of sushi, maki, and crispy rolls; guests appreciate thoughtful touches such as sesame free options, attentive service, and occasional extras, along with flexible orders like replacing nigiri with futomaki on a chef's choice platter; the experience is described as reliable and friendly, with mentions of team dinners and friendly owners, and the restaurant stands out as a top sushi spot in Saint Hyacinthe.

The sushi is amazing… great flavour & fresh ingredients.

The only I might mention is that everything is served in *plastic* containers, regardless of dining in. I don't like this because then everything is tossed in the rubbish. The owners ought to transfer into actual dishware.

Just had takeout, it was really friggin good. We've had sushi at many places all over the South shore of Montreal & this is easily the freshest & tastiest. Their QQs were also super good ! Much better than franchised bubble tea shops in Montreal. Definitely the best litchi one I've had so far. The only advice I could give in regards to QQ would be to have a broader selection of jelly/bubbles. We can't wait to try out the rest of the menu! Thanks a lot for the gifts :) P.s. If you can, try to support your local sushi joints by buying directly from them, you save both yourself & the restaurant a decent chunk of money.
