So amazing hidden jem, super sweet & kind bilingual customer service :)) probably some of the best sushi ive had, everything is so yummy & we didn't wait long, the entress & meal came all one after finishing the other. Amazing!!

Been to this place several times. Finally got around to making a review. In short, this place is worth going to.
My wife & I have tried different dishes over the past couple of years. We have the Jeyuk plate, Salmon Poke, different sushi sashimicombo,had A Jeyuk Bento Box & also the Takoyaki.
All were very good.
It's a small restaurant but definitely feels homey as it's run by family.
The sushi is amazing & has never disappoint! We ordered 2 platters of sushi/maki/sashimi. Ingredients are always fresh & everything is made with care. We also ordered the samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup), & the flavor is incredible. The amount of food was also generous.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, & I've been there many times, ordered food many times from there. However, on my last visit, the wasabi was fake… Yes, I know, real wasabi costs more than the horseradish-based'wasabi', but it wasn't even a good imitation - it was terrible. Wasabi is central to the experience of sushi for many people. You guys must fix this problem. Finally, you should do better with service. It was no good last time. I know it's hard to be consistent with excellent service, but it's what makes going to a restaurant worth it for people who know how to cook & can have great food at home. & being rude to a repeat customer as soon as they enter your restaurant is something that takes effort - it's absolutely not the way to do it.

Almost don't want to let people know about this gem of a place. Cozy & intimate interior dining. The sushi is amazing. Lots of other options that I'm looking forward to digesting.
We came here for lunch & what a wonderful discovery for us even though we learned from the gentleman who served us that they've been in business for 20 years. The restaurant is small but is well decorated. We like that they serve both sushi & Korean dishes. We ordered the 40-piece sushi combo plus the Soondubu Jigae, which would normally be too much for 2 people but we were very hungry. The sushi was fresh & delicious. The Soondubu Jigae was flavourful & we really enjoyed the side dishes, especially the fish cake. We appreciated the attentive & friendly service. Will definitely return to try the bibimbap & to have more sushi.
Fantastic food, warm & friendly service, I believe it is family owned, cute spot with a few tables inside, otherwise there is a takeout option. We had the sushi platter, bibimbap & miso soup, all delicious.

Stop here for a quick lunch . Very good food The restaurant is small But the sushi is really good & also the other dishes are awesome. Price is correct . If you are in the area, you should honkers
Un tout petit resto mais l'endroit est super mignon. Les sushis sont délicieux. On a pris des commandes pour emporter à quelques reprises & chaque fois c'était aussi bon. Le personnel est aussi très sympathique
The staff at Misoya is very friendly & the atmosphere is relaxing. They have delicious Korean & Japanese dishes. They specialize in sushi, but my personal favorite is the bulgogi (marinated beef strips with vegetables), which comes with rice, miso soup & some sides. The sides change depending on what they have freshly prepared. If you love sushi or Korean food, you should definitely check it out. Prices are really reasonable also. :)
Interesting place. Small but with good atmosphere. Service is good too, they serve you tea as courtesy. Sushi is good, but it could be better, it lacks a little of flavor & some look pre-cooked. Korean plates are good too, although they also lack a bit of seasoning, according to my taste.
Bibimbap, Soondubu, Tonkatsus are to die for, accompanied with very fresh side dishes & delicious Genmaicha. I'll be coming back to sample their Samgyetang & other Korean meals. A Hidden Gem of succulent top tier Korean food in the Montreal island. Hidden because, it's essentially a sushi restaurant that also serves probably the best Korean food up way up there with Hwang Gum & Hansang. Service is also impeccable in a neat spot (that could use some window isolation work as cold goes through the window easily). Their sushi though could need some work. I tried the Kamikaze roll, & while all the ratios are as good as it gets for the price, they need to improve their rice to display less mushiness & more grain texture. Although I've seen some picture of their nigiris & I'll be trying those next. They also have clean wooden baby seat for my 18 month old toddler which is a plus! Spot can also be found on ubereats. Highly recommended!
