Had a pretty good steak here. Restaurant is stunning, staff are extremely polite & provide excellent service. They go above & beyond to make you happy. I had the 22oz rib steak. It came well presented on a steak board. The meat was cut for us since we were sharing between 2. It was good & cooked exactly how I wanted it but I feel it lacked flavour that a good ribsteak should have. I asked for salt but all they had was table salt. I think if we had kosher salt or sea salt it would have enhanced the flavour. Table salt doesn't go well with rib steak. You need some coarser crystals. The dessert was delicious. Pecan pie & ice cream. Probably one of the best desserts I've had in a while.View more

J'y suis allée pour celebrer mon anniversaire & j'ai été incroyablement surprise par l'attitude de la serveuse. Mon copain a demandé un repas comme celui qu'il a vu sur la table voisine, & il n'en a pas été satisfait, car il a obtenu un repas qui n'était pas du tout ce qu'il avait initialement commandé. La serveuse, madame Samantha, lorsqu'il l'a avisé , a simplement dit « c'est ce que vous avez demandé, c'est ce que vous avez eu ». Il n'a rien dit, & a accepté la situation. À la fin du service, nous avons décidé de ne pas remettre un pourboire. Toutefois, nous étions quatre personnes à la table & trois personnes sur quatre ont laissé un pourboire à la serveuse malgré son attitude déplorable. Une de mes amies, qui, au moment du paiement était à la toilette, m'a remis sa carte afin que je fasse le paiement pour elle. La serveuse & une autre de ses collègues, l'ont attendu à la sortie de la toilette pour lui dire que il y a eu un problème avec la carte. À noter qu'il n'y avait aucun problème, simplement que nous n'avions pas ajouté le pourboire. Lorsque nous sommes sortis, elle a littéralement, cette même serveuse, demandé aux valet, de ne pas nous remettre notre clé de voiture, en fait, de ne pas nous remettre notre voiture, carrément, parce qu'une personne sur quatre n'avait pas donné de pourboire. Nous nous sommes senti attaqués, comme si nous avions volé quelque chose, alors que nous avions payé notre repas, & je répète le pourboire est facultatif; ce n'est pas une obligation pour le client. La serveuse nous a également mentionné qu'elle était payée seulement par les pourboires, ce qui est faux, car elle a un salaire de base & le pourboire n'est qu'un surplus, encore une fois ce n'est pas une obligation , d'autant plus que le pourboire est basé sur le service, & nous n'en étions pas satisfait. I went there to celebrate my birthday & I was incredibly surprised by the attitude of the waitress. My boyfriend asked for a meal like the one he saw on the next table, & he was not happy with it, as he got a meal that was not at all what he had originally ordered. The waitress, Ms. Samantha, when informed, simply said "that's what you asked for, that's what you got." He said nothing, & accepted the situation. At the end of the service, we decided not to tip. However, there were four of us at the table & three out of four people tipped the waitress despite her terrible attitude. One of my friends, who was in the bathroom at the time of payment, gave me her card so that I could make the payment for her. The waitress & another of her colleagues waited for him at the exit of the toilet to tell him that there was a problem with the card. Note that there was no problem, just that we had not added the tip. When we went out, she literally, this same waitress, asked the valets not to give us our car key, in fact, not to give us our car, outright, because one in four people had not Did not tip. We felt attacked, as if we had stolen something, even though we had paid for our meal, & I repeat tipping is optional; this is not an obligation for the customer. The waitress also told us that she was paid only by tips, which is false, because she has a base salary & the tip is only an extra, again it is not an obligation, especially since tipping is based on service, & we weren't happy with it.View more

Super belle expérience. Nous avons attendus notre table une quinzaine de minutes & ils nous ont offert des verres dû à l'attente. Entrée de salade de burrata ainsi que soupe à l'oignon, c'est bon. I just want to give my honest opinion on Mirela's restaurant . It was my second time , the first time , I went w boyfriend -the food is good but nothing extraordinary. Anyways , YESTERDAY tho , we went to Mirelas for a birthay diner & from the minute I give the name of the reservation & from the minutes we paid the bills , we were RUSHED . I understands there was another reservation after ours .. that was crystal clear from the very begining but omg ? Rushing me to make decisions right away about my order ? Asking me twice in the same minute if im done eating !! Giving us the bills before receiving the birthay cake ? the two waiters were constantly around our tables trying to serve/unserve us as quickly as possible , it was so unprofresionnal . It was the worst service i ever had in a restaurant . I personally woudlve left after the second time " we have another reservation after you guys " "HURRY UP " but like I said it was a diner birthay but best believe if It was my diner party I would've cry !!! & keep in mind the other reservation was s 8pm !!! La nourriture est très bonne mais vous devriez dire au gens que lorsqu'on demande de l'eau plate pas la pétillante la très simple, que nous devons la payer. 15$ pour de l'eau!!
