Min.T in our heart is an extension of our dining room where we serve what we love to eat at home, on the street here and there, and in faraway lands during our travels.
Born in Vietnam, our menu reflects our most favourite Vietnamese dishes of all times as well as what inspires and influences us. We like to blend the best ingredients Québec has to offer together with Vietnamese herbs and fish sauce, Korean Jangs and gochugaru, Thai tamarind and lemongrass, Japanese miso and sake, to name a few, to find a harmony of something homely yet enticingly different.
Come by for a quick and soothing bowl of Pho or stay to unwind with friends and family over an intimate share plate dinner, choices are yours.

C'est très rare que je fasse des reviews sur Google, mais ce restaurant mérite une exception. Nous avions déjà commandé à ce restaurant par Uber Eats plusieurs fois & nous n'étions pas déçus. Ça faisait plusieurs mois qu'on se disait qu'on devrait essayer de manger sur place & c'est ce qui est arrivé hier. Je vous préviens, nous avons eu un choc! La décoration, très minimaliste, rien d'extravagant, mais très confortable.
La nourriture … La nourriture … c'est juste WOW! Le tartare sur le riz était bien balancé, savoureux, PARFAITEMENT épicé, le riz croquant, WOW! Le crudo explosait de saveurs dans la bouche avec le poisson tellement tendre & la sauce remplies de saveur. Le flanc de porc avec les crevettes, je n'ai pas de mot pour dire comment c'était délicieux. La sauce & la compote aux pêches étaient magnifiques, si j'avais été à la maison, j'aurais liché l'assiette! Les desserts délicieux, copieux & tous les mots positifs qui existent! Le service était très personnel & le chef qui venait nous voir, c'était une belle surprise, même une agréable surprise qu'une équipe de 2 personnes font un service extraordinaire comme eux. Ce restaurant est LA PERLE RARE de LaSalle & nous devons TOUT faire pour qu'il reste ouvert longtemps. Vous ne connaissez pas la place, je vous recommande FORTEMENT d'y aller. Vous connaissez la place, retournez autant de fois que vous y pouvez. Pour ma part, je viens de trouver mon restaurant préféré! Les photos ne donnent pas assez de justice à ce que nous avons dégusté hier à ce restaurant. L'essayer, c'est l'adopter! Voilà, un des rares reviews que je fais & ils méritent la note de 10/5! Really enjoyed this new spot. It has a contemporary French bistro feel but serves authentic Vietnamese food. I ordered the pork belly & it was incredible perfectly cooked with delicate flavors, & everything tasted really fresh. Modern, cozy space with calming music & friendly staff. I can't wait to come back & try the bánh mì sandwich next time.View more

Oh, happy day - Vietnamese food in LaSalle. :) Realllly good, fresh, generous portions, & did I mention GOOD? I almost don't want to write a glowing review because then this place won't remain a bit of a secret but it deserves to be known & the owners' efforts recognized.
We were pleased to see the small premises nearly empty at 8pm on a weekday, as it must be a bit loud when it fills up. The decor is sorta Scand-y clean lines & impeccably kept, clean clean clean. Service is attentive & caring, from the heart.
So grateful for the vegetarian options - the tofu bánh mì is hands down the best I've ever had & next time I'm taking a Tupperware to take half home because, yeah, there's enough fresh stuff jammed in the sandwich to make two meals. Ended up taking the Garden Bowl home, enjoyed that the next day - interesting sauce, original flavours. I'd appreciate some tofu in it, too, but maybe that's just me.
Others said the chicken soup was the best they'd ever tasted, even counting what they'd eaten in Vietnam. The cheesecake brûlée was different, perhaps would have been better had we eaten it the same day, not the day after.
All in all, a delightful find & I hope it sticks around because we will be back.View more

Min.T is a small spot, but it's full of charm. The cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home, while the minimalist décor & beautiful plating give it a refined, stylish touch.
We tried the albacore tuna tartare, the spring rolls, the garden bowl, & the pork belly-& every single dish was a hit. Fresh, flavorful, & presented like a work of art. The mocktails were also fantastic, refreshing & well-balanced.
It's clear that the team at Min.T puts a lot of care into both the food & the overall experience. This place is a true gem-I'll definitely be coming back!View more
