ngl, yesterday was my second time in there, i asked for a bubble tea, when i tasted it, it was a lil bit expired, i totally understand it because not too many people ordered it that day, it may have been all day in the fridge that's why, i told the staff, this is when it all came out, they were SUPER FRIENDLY & UNDERSTANDING, they apologized for it & asked me if they can make me another one, i refused but they insisted, so i took a smoothie instead, when i went to pay, they refused completely even tho i insisted too much, they told me it's in the house, they were super nice & kind, even if sometimes a place like this that rarely make mistake, they won't let you stay focused on it by their pretty friendly attitude, i give this place a 11/10View more

Overall, it is a good place to hangout with friends & to study. However, an employee approached us in a condescending tone telling us to buy some food. We understand that it is a place where we have to consume to stay in, but his tone & attitude were unpleasant. There are ways to talk to customers. As a reply to the owner, my friends & I come every other day & we BUY something every several hours (matcha, burger, poutine, coffee). So don't tell us that we don't buy stuff if we actually do. There were some people that didn't even buy stuff & were there for hours. Moreover, as I said, there's a way to approach customers in a nice way & asked them to buy more, not the way that your employee came & told us, it was totally disrespectful. As seen in the reviews from other people, we weren't the only ones to feel that way.View more

First time, it was a great experience. My old friend recommended & invited me to meet & eat. Patio was cool. Food was delicious. 2nd time -- not quite great. Perhaps, it was the late hour ( 11pm ) when I arrived to eat. Unfortunately, only the cafe was open & cold sandwiches were served. Extremely slow order processing that made standing customers annoyed. It said open 24hrs but no menu & no waiters. Abit disappointed. They should add a sign to not confuse people if it's "coffee only" after service after certain hours.View more

The coffee shop has a nice outside area where you can seat & enjoy the beautiful Montreal. The waitresses are so kind & pay attention to all details when they are getting your order. I will definitely come back.View more

Je suis venue lors d'une panne d'électricité en raison de travaux à côté & le personnel était incroyable. Lorsque l'électricité est revenue, nous avons été rapidement servit. Le service était absolument impeccable, l'ambiance est géniale. La serveuse Hanna est un amour!!! Elle nous a recommandé les patates & WOWWW. Je reviens c'est sûr!!View more
