Great food. Wham bam shrimps & Baja fish tacos amazing. Nice vibe to the resto. Excited to come sip on a Bellini or their delicious cocktails on their patio that's being made. One huge point I love how cautious they are with allergies. Makes me feel so much safer with my kids knowing the precautions they take.
The Bellini was great & I loved the Parmesean fries but my chicken in the chicken & rib combo was totally dry & hard. I had assumed that it would have had some kind of sauce on it or be juicy & moist. Service was excellent.
Spicy salmon tartare had no flavour. Server forgot to serve our soup & bread I was served filet mignon instead of sirloin. The vegetables were cold & too under cooked. Manager did apologize & adjusted bill accordingly. Provided a delicious dessert as compensation. Really pedestrian food. Overpriced for what was served.
We took our daughter there for her birthday. Big mistake! Not only were the prices ridiculously high, but staples like bread wasn't even offered & when we asked for some, it was an extra charge. Another extra, mushrooms, were so spicy, I couldn't eat them. Side vegetables were cold. Service could have been a lot better, but our waiter was more interested in a large group of business people & we had to constantly work to get his attention. Dinner for 3 with no wine or alcohol, came to $243.40 plus tip. Very disappointing overall.
Nice atmosphere, our waiter was very good, he was witty & on the ball. The drinks were well made. The food was alright, the steak was disappointing, & the fries were cold. The sirloin was cooked correctly, but the quality of beef was lacking. It was rough to chew, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend getting something other than steak there.
Honestly such a big disappointment. Was really looking forward to eating here after it opened in West Island. We were a bigger group but it took over 1 hour to get our starters & over another hour to get the mains. The drinks were ok, nothing special barely any alcohol. Half of the things that came in were already cold. We were there over 3.5hrs, constantly waiting.
The ambiance is very nice, but our food was below par & cold. Page, our server was fantastic & made the experience pleasurable. I ordered the ribs & chicken combo. The ribs were bland & dry. There is a coleslaw they serve on the plate, & it was tasteless. Moreover, it had some herb in it that made it taste funny also. The parmesan French fries were also tasteless & cold. The server was nice enough to bring me another order of fries & they were still cold. My chicken was also dry. Not a satisfying meal. My wife ordered the rib combo & shrimp skewer, & she had the same comments regarding the ribs & coleslaw. The shrimp was OK. My daughter had the mediterranean chicken & she thought is was good, but nothing special. To make up for our supper, Page offered us a complimentary dessert or drink, which was nice. I am hoping things improve because it is a nice restaurant. I do not think we'll be going back soon & would have a hard time recommending.

I love it here. First time we can all go use the washroom as a family. My sons, daughter & husband no longer have to go to separate bathrooms. Great initiative!
Vous savez quand il y a un groupe (dans notre cas nous étions 22 ) il est normal qu'il peut y arriver des erreurs , bravo au professionalisme de la gérante ÈVE pour avoir offert des alternatives à l'erreur que j'ai eu , & que je sorte du restaurant satisfait malgré l'erreur.
Honestly not impressed. I have been twice to this restaurant & both times have been bad experiences. First time going I waited 20 minutes for my beer & an hour & a half for my meal. I thought everyone has off nights so let me give it a second shot. The second shot was worse than the first. We had the same waiter & again it took about 20 minutes for my drink but what really bothered me was the wait for our food. Our appatizer came out fairly quickly which was nice but our waiter was nowhere to be found. Someone else brought our appatizer & we started eating it, by the time we were on our last bites our waiter reappeared to bring us plates for our app. Thanks but were finished now theres no need for these. Here is where it get really bad, they clear our app & my girlfriend checked the time it is 7:15 she reminds me we have plans & need to leave at 8:30 the latest. I ensured her we were fine & had plenty of time. As time kept passing we were getting worried & looking all over for our waiter but again he was nowhere to be found. It is now 8:05 & we finally see our waiter he comes over to tell us our food should be out any minute. 10 minutes later our food finally arrived. Our reservation was at 6:30 & we didn't get our food until 8:15. I am not impressed after 2 visits. Long time to get your food & if you have the same waiter I've had good luck finding him.

my boyfriend & i went in for our anniversary a couple days ago. we had Maddison as a waitress & she was so kind & sweet to us. Her service was fast & wonderful. would definitely go back because of her !
Can't recommend. As someone who goes to restaurants often & tries to give the benefit of the doubt... the food choices, food quality & service were not up to par for what the restaurant advertises. I'd rather the hour wait around the corner at the Keg. Getting kicked out at closing time when there's still several other tables was the kicker for me. Not even a warning, just bam-lights on max & snarky comments from the waiter saying "we're closing in 10 minutes". This doesn't fly in a "refined dining experience" as per their website. Won't recommend or go back. The place might only be good for 5@7 for bar & appetizers. I wouldn't dine here again.
Services is always top notch, the food is excellent, portions are good, bathrooms are clean, tables are comfortable, & the parking is great. No cons so far, been there dozen of times.
Food was ok at best. Ribs were dry but ok. The bottle of wine & drinks were great. We really felt rushed by the waiter. With the amount of tip we left(18%- almost 30$) no reason to be ignored & rushed. They had empty tables on a Saturday night. Was nice to try but won't repeat.
