We started off with the Wham-Bam Shrimp appetizer, to be followed by the Double Smash Burger with fries & the 1989 Burger with a side salad. Everything was perfect, including
the excellent service from Gabriel our waiter. Highly recommend this Milestones' location in Laval across from Place Bell. Specially before any event.
I've visited this location a few different times, & while I wanted to give it a fair chance, my experiences have been inconsistent.
Dinner/Lunch Experience:
The food itself was generally goodd, around a 7.5/10 - but the service is consistently very slow, even when the restaurant isn't busy. On each visit, there were maybe 2-4 tables occupied, yet orders still took longer than expected. There were also repeated errors, such as wrong or missing drinks or items. The staff were polite, but organization & attention to detail clearly need improvement.
Brunch Experience:
Unfortunately, brunch was a completely different story & not a good one. My group waited 45 minutes for our food, despite the restaurant being almost empty. Midway through the wait, our server came back to say one of the dishes couldn't be prepared as ordered because of an ingredient issue. The confusing part is that the menu didn't even list that ingredient. After some back-&-forth between the waiter, manager, & chef, we were told the menu was right after all, we don't need to change it.
By the time our meals finally arrived, they were disappointing; either bland, watery or way too salty. None of the three guests enjoyed their food. Based on that experience, I'd rate the brunch 3/10 & honestly wouldn't recommend it.

Food (Brunch): 3/10
Service Speed: 4/10
Milestones Laval has potential, their regular menu is decent but the inconsistency in service & food quality, especially at brunch, makes it hard to recommend without major improvements.

Great welcome by Christie, we were in a rush for the Rockets 🚀 game. Christie sat us in a hurry & took our orders right away. The staff went above & beyond for a table of 3 of us. Food & drinks were quick & we made it to the game on time. Great atmosphere. Clean & modern. Highly recommended. Will be back.
J'ai passé une excellente soirée chez Milestones Bar & Grill. Le service était impeccable, le personnel très accueillant. La nourriture est arrivée rapidement & tout était vraiment délicieux. Ce que j'ai particulièrement aimé, c'est la grande variété de boissons & de cocktails offerts, il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Une belle ambiance, un bon repas & un service rapide : je recommande sans hésiter.

Was my first time,have to admit everything was great, we ordered the wham bam shrimp entree,amazing!!
She ordered the salmon & me the black cod…delicious!!
But the main ingredient that brought all of those flavours together was Chloe are waitress for the evening. Very kind & positive & very welcoming.
Would definitely recommend & will go back there again!!
