Creativity to dazzle with original dishes; simplicity to allow for the experience of full unadulterated flavours; and balance to beautifully bring together tastes, textures, ingredients and colours. A nice family run establishment & they serve excellent food. Our waiter Basile was excellent & we felt very well taken care of. The tempura was delicious as was the sushi. The Miss Saigon roll was the favourite of the night. Fresh & well prepared. The raspberry sorbet tasted like you were biting into a ripe raspberry. Highly recommended.

Cocktails looked delightful but we do not drink alcohol, although were tempted. It was a perfect place for date night, low light atmosphere. Very pleasant. Service was good, staff all seemed to work together wonderfully making it an inviting space. Food was nice , sushi was good. Portions were reasonable & tasteful. Enjoyed my experience.

Un des meilleurs resto dont j'ai eu la chance de tester depuis longtemps! Un énorme merci a Claudia! Son service étais au petit soin & quoi dire de la nourriture! Exquise! Je recommande vivement !
L'endroit est magnifique mais un peu déçu par le service. Nous avions pris le menu mtl à table, une bouteille de vin & deux autres entrées en plus mais on nous avait même pas proposé le dessert du menu mtl à table. Donc nous avions payé plein prix sans y avoir eu le droit. Sinon mention spécial aux brochettes yakitori qui étaient délicieuses.
This place has the best sushi, hands down. We have been clients of this Mikado (& others when there were more) for 20 years. The quality has not wavered.

(Visite du 7 octobre) La qualité du poisson & de la nourriture en général était à tomber par terre ! Les cocktails également. Cette expérience culinaire incroyable a d'autant plus été sublimée par le service incroyable & chaleureux de notre serveuse aux petits soins qui a su nous donner de très bonnes recommandation avec une énergie pétillante. Encore un gros merci à l'équipe qui a offert le dessert pour la fête de mon chum, je voulais une soirée inoubliable pour l'occasion & ça n'a pas raté ! Merci encore
Un véritable bijou culinaire à Montréal Ma visite au Mikado restera une expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons commencé par un apéritif au bar, où le talent du barman s'est révélé à travers des cocktails aussi beaux qu'irrésistibles. Chaque gorgée était un véritable éveil des sens ! Nous avons ensuite prolongé l'expérience en salle pour un dîner qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Le menu est extrêmement varié, offrant un éventail de choix pour tous les goûts. La qualité du poisson est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec une fraîcheur qui se ressent immédiatement en bouche. Chaque bouchée fondait littéralement ! Étant habituellement assez exigeante avec la cuisine japonaise, j'ai été enchantée par les conseils avisés du personnel, qui a su me guider parfaitement tout au long du repas. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins, & l'ambiance cocooning du lieu crée une atmosphère intime & chaleureuse. Mention spéciale pour le personnel & le patron, d'une gentillesse rare. En résumé, Mikado est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant, c'est une adresse où chaque détail est soigné pour offrir une expérience unique. Je suis conquise & je reviendrai sans hésiter !
