"Olive and walnut loaf was flat and a bit gummy but they were fair and knocked two bucks off the price. Taste was interesting, crumb still holding. Maybe not the best day. Asked to buy some of their starter, cashier said it was their'closely guarded secret', politely refused. Was advised to ask other bakeries in the area. I wonder if that secret is..."
