"I'm not sure if Micro Espresso was having an off day, but our experience was quite disappointing. Both my wife and I ordered Americanos-mine was decaf and hers was regular. Unfortunately, both drinks were extremely bitter and lacked the rich coffee flavor we were expecting. The overall quality was not up to par, leaving us both quite dissatisfied...."
