"Rating on a uber delivery. Cannot rate service of atmosphere. Wonton and noodle soup was a big disappointment. Wontons were soggy balls of flour. Seems they had stayed in water for too long. The additional noodles were of same consistency and there was very little broth. Overall feels like a lump of flour. 3 leaves of baby bokchoi as "vegetables""
