I'm a regular here & the food & drinks are pretty amazing. But today (Tuesday 09 April), I went in store & there was a new cashier working there. She was not very friendly & looked lifeless, & she lacks basic customer service skills, such as saying thank you. Plus, when I asked her for napkins, instead of giving me the napkins that was already in front of her, she told me to return to the toilet to grab some toilet paper myself. I really like this place because of its atmosphere & food, but I was disappointed with the customer service today.View more

I ordered a brown sugar coffee bubble tea on a delivery app & it just tastes like sugary milk... no coffee taste at all. It also came in an ugly opaque cup & when I punctured it with a straw it didn't stay airtight, so the tea leaked out everywhere. Waste of money.View more
