This place is serving the best coffee in the neighborhood. Their croissants are amazing & I love the atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to grab a good coffee & have a quick chitchat with ppl, you're at the right place. They don't have WiFi so not the best place to work from.
This is my favourite coffee shop in the Plateau. The atmosphere in the shop is amazing & so alive. It always smells great, the employees are nice, & the decorations work really well. It's always full in the mornings. I would only encourage them to add more tea when making loose-leaf teas. I love their abricotine.

Fantastic Cortado! I went twice just to see if it would still be good the second time..& it was! They offer a wide selection of beans. There's a bar & a few tables to sit at & they have some delicious looking treats. Great spot.

Ordered a latte & provided my own cup. The barista poured in the milk with such a look of disdain & didn't attempt any latte art at all. For $6 I would expect a bit more effort & attention to detail. Such a shame because I really want to like this place
Ce café est mon adresse favorite pour prendre un bon café dans le quartier Laurier, mais aussi pour profiter de la grande sélection de sacs de cafés en grain, dont ceux de la marque Traffic. Victime de sa popularité, il faut être chanceux pour y trouver une place assise. Par contre, il ne propose pas de wifi pour les clients, donc ne prévoyez pas de venir y étudier.
* updating my review to deduct a star on the service. Im glad I visited this place when this older guy was there - he was great & made the coffee with lots of love. Today when i went again for a 2 nd visit, this barista french chick ( im fr too fyi ) was in " such an important " conversation she didn't care to say hi or acknowledge that I was there. & I had to wait until another employee showed up. I worked as a barista & if my co worker is elsewhere i will acknowledge clients. Clients are more important than conversations with a friend. & sure maybe one employee is designated for the registration & the other for the barista work but still, my work ethics would of been to at least say " he will be right with you " . Thankfully the guy was nice - but the coffee wasn't even as good as when the other older dude made it. So im only ever buying when he is there from now on.
