Mazzeh consistently delivers authentic Persian cuisine with fresh, flavorful kebabs and comforting stews that recall Isfahan. The koobideh and joojeh are repeatedly praised for juiciness and perfect seasoning, while the atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly and attentive, making dine in and takeout feel welcoming. Generous portions, good value, and reliable delivery and catering are highlighted by many, with high praise for the quality and hospitality across visits.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly respectful & welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the Royal Platter & Khoresht-e-Masti, which came with fresh, warm bread, it was absolutely delicious. The food was served on time, all the kebabs were flavorful & perfectly cooked, & everything was served hot, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion I have is about the rice, the taste wasn't quite to our preference. Maybe trying different brands of rice could improve it even more.
The seating area is quite limited, so if you're a group of more than 4-6, it might be better to consider takeaway.
Overall, a great experience & definitely worth visiting. Wishing the team continued success in their great work.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu la chance de goûter au sandwich kebab koobideh sur un nouveau pain spécial & je dois dire que c'était tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès la première bouchée, on sent la différence. Le pain, légèrement croustillant à l'extérieur & moelleux à l'intérieur, complétait merveilleusement la saveur de viande tendre, parfaitement épicée, & grillée à la perfection. Les accompagnements (tomates fraîches, oignons, herbes, & une sauce maison incroyable) apportaient une vraie fraîcheur & un bel équilibre.
On sent clairement le savoir-faire traditionnel iranien, avec une touche de modernité. Le personnel était accueillant, chaleureux & passionné par leur cuisine.
Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir de nouvelles saveurs, ou simplement savourer un bon kebab qui sort de l'ordinaire.
J'y retournerai, c'est sûr !

Mazzeh catered for us (25 people) & everything turned out great. We had a wide variety of dishes & everyone enjoyed the food. It was delivered right on time & the quality & quantity of food was just right. Thank you Mazzeh for a wonderful meal.
Mazzeh is a really nice cute restaurant. For the price, you really get what you deserve. The portions are good & the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend m.
This delightful take-out & eat-in Persian restaurant is a hidden gem in Cote St. Luc. I had the chicken breast Joojeh Kebab, it came with a salad pita & a huge portion of beautifully marinated chicken, cooked to perfection. My husband had the Golpa lamb. It came with a large portion of rice, salad, two large strips of delicious Kebab perfectly seasoned, tender, & very tasty. We ordered an olive pomegranate & walnut salad, which was to die for! There was also pita with fried or crispy rice. A feast for the eyes & stomachs. We were full & incredibly satisfied. The meals were very reasonable & the server/cashier was attentive. Mazzeh prepares fine Persian cuisine at fast food prices!
We ordered Joojeh Kebab, Dolmeh, & two types of salad for 15 people. The quality of the food was excellent, & it arrived on time. All of our international guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. It's hard to compete with Mazzeh-not only in Montreal, but across Canada.
Authentic Persian Food Done Right!
This place truly exceeded my expectations. The food quality is excellent, & the flavors are perfectly balanced-nothing too oily or overly spiced, just delicious & authentic. Portion sizes are generous, & you really get great value for your money.
If you're looking for flavorful, well-prepared Persian cuisine that feels both homestyle & high-quality, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.

My husband & I just shared the Atlas platter & an order of falafel. Both dishes were truly delicious & the portions are very generous…leftovers for tomorrow. We ordered online & our food was ready in 20 minutes. Service was fast & friendly. Hands down our new go to place for kabobs!
