Mazot Suisse serves authentic Swiss cuisine centered on the tradition of fondue. The menu features communal pots of molten cheese blended with white wine and kirsch, intended for dipping crusty bread cubes. Diners engage with classic meat or vegetable preparations alongside raclette served with boiled potatoes and pickled condiments. The interior design mirrors alpine architecture, utilizing wood-heavy structural elements to recreate a mountain chalet atmosphere. Service remains focused on the delivery of these traditional regional specialties rather than contemporary culinary fusion. Every element of the meal emphasizes the tactile experience of sharing hot, savory cheese dishes in a rustic setting. This establishment functions as a dedicated outpost for those seeking the specific flavors and social rituals associated with the Swiss Alps.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience hier soir! Nous avons essayé la traditionnelle fondue au fromage suisse ainsi que la fondue à l'huile Terre & Mer, & tout était délicieux. 🤤 On a ajouté l'assiette charcuterie & légumes.
This place is beautiful, I loved the place, the food was very good. We ordered the traditionnal cheese fondue with the charcuterie plate with some fruits on the side. The server was very nice but the service was very much lacking. It took 40 minutes to receive our food but this was not the problem for me. The problem is within the 1h20 min that we ate, he never came to check on us if we needed anything (like water, that we needed very much so) or if the food was good. It took him 20 minutes to half & hour to come see us because we were finish with our fondue. We saw him serve everybody else (on a slow night, he said himself to another table) very well except us. I don't know why. We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary & because of the service he kinda ruined the night. That's why I leave only 2 stars & that is why I won't come back.
Au Mazot Suisse is hands down my favorite meal in the world. My family & I have been coming here for decades-even back when it was under the previous owners-& as an adult, I'm so happy to see it's not only still around & better than ever.
It's become a yearly tradition for us, & every time we go, the owners truly make it feel like such a special experience. I always order the table d'hôte with the filet, & we have to add the raclette & cheese fondue for the table (even when they gently question if we're ordering too much… we always finish it 😅). It's 100% worth it.
& dessert is an absolute MUST. Even when we're convinced we have no room left, we order it anyway & we're always glad we did. The Toblerone chocolate fondue is my favorite. You do have to wait a few minutes for the chocolate to heat up, but honestly, you'll appreciate that extra time to digest & make a little room.
Everything here is made with the freshest ingredients, & you can truly taste the quality. The atmosphere is cozy, the smell when you walk in is incredible, & I've never found anything else like it anywhere.
Just a heads up-the overall experience is meant to be enjoyed slowly. For larger groups especially, plan to be there 2-3 hours since cooking your food in the oil takes time. They're only open certain days during the summer (which is understandable given the menu). If you're anywhere nearby, especially in the mountains, it's absolutely worth going year-round. Winter is busier, so I recommend calling ahead for a reservation.
This place is a must-try. 10/10 every single time.
