Nous avons pris la formule à volonté le soir, le service a été impeccable. Les employés sont super gentils, accueillants, & tout est servi très rapidement.
Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, il y a beaucoup de choix & c'est varié, par contre la qualité , déjà manger mieux...C'est bon, mais ce n'est pas'wow'.
Tout de même un restaurant que je recommande.
This is a fun all?you?can?eat spot with a great atmosphere. Once you're seated, the service is genuinely excellent - attentive, fast, & friendly. The only downside is the long wait to get in, which can be frustrating.
The food overall is enjoyable. My favourites were the Sashimi Doritos (a unique presentation with avocado that really stands out), the Rib?eye, & the Sunrise Roll. These dishes were consistently well?prepared & worth ordering.
I wouldn't recommend the green tea ice cream - it fell flat for me. The strawberry or mango options are much better choices.
One thing I appreciated is how quickly the dishes come out. Even with the two?hour table limit, you never feel rushed or worried about timing.

Food is great, no issues with service. Food comes really quick once you order it usually. Only downside is there's usually a wait, recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
Update 2026 February. This place is the same & even better quality / service that it offered me 8 years ago, consistent & clean! Food is great.
The staff is amazing, service is great, food is very decent for $$$ I highly recommend. One of the best sushi (fast food) restaurants I have been to, did I say the staff is great & the place is very clean!
Le meilleur restaurant de sushis à volonté à l'ouest ! Beaucoup de choix, j'ai adoré la soupe & les plats. Les makis étaient délicieux ! Seule déception, la pizza au crabe qui était trop saucy pour mon goût. Je recommande quand même vivement pour les amateurs de sushis !
Decent ayce sushi on the westside. Super populat so I recommend to take rsv. Super loud, but that what happen when it is always full house. Service is average, they often forget your demands, overall it is a good spot for your sushi craving etc.

The sushi is always fresh, the menu is diverse with plenty of options beyond just rolls, & the service is impressively fast. The place is consistently clean, & the staff are friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend if you're looking for yummy sushi & a reliable experience every time!
It can take a while to get a table, especially during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Been there twice & planning on going again. Great selection & best sushi i ever had. The staff were friendly & attentive, & the service was outstanding. Restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great sushi spot.
Absolutely loved my experience at Matsuno Sushio Fusion ! I went with my partner & they made sure we were comfortable the second we walked in. Our waiter, Owen, was extremely patient, very helpful & a sweetheart! The food came in a reasonable time frame & is tasty! Not oily either. Highly recommend. Oh & please, grab any slushies, they are amazing !

We were greeted very warmly at the entrance with a smile & shown to a great table right by the window. It was a pleasure sitting there, watching the street while enjoying our dinner. The restaurant's interior might not have any extravagant details, but it's very understated, clean, & creates a cozy feeling. ✨
The staff was beyond praise - very friendly & attentive. The servers were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu, were polite, & created a pleasant atmosphere. 😊
The food was simply delicious! All the dishes we ordered were very tasty, & you could tell they were made with the freshest ingredients. 😋
Even though the restaurant might be a little drive if you're in Pointe-Claire or other parts of the West Island, I definitely recommend Matsuno Sushi Fusion if you're looking for tasty & fresh sushi in a calm & pleasant setting. Totally worth the trip! 👍
Wooow, Nous avons vraiment apprécié les sushis,& le service était excellent. Honnêtement, c'était une excellente première fois & je reviendrai certainement avec mes enfants. Je le recommande vivement.
As usual amazing experience so delicious so various & relatively fast. Couldn't find a seat fast because all the people are there during the weekend so it's a very recommanded place.
Edit 2: They have resumed lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Edit: No more lunch, only dinner. Weekend dinner is $40.99+tax & tip.
Went for Friday Lunch (16.99). Quick & great service despite being so busy. Unlike other ayce places that put extra salt in everything, matsuno didnt do that. My new fav ayce place to go to. Would definitely recommend.
