Anil Chauhan - Co-propriétaire et chef
Au cours des 30 dernières années, le chef Anil a concocté des plats créatifs et délicieux de toute l'Inde. Né et élevé à Delhi, en Inde, Anil a obtenu son diplôme de l'école culinaire. Il a travaillé comme chef dans des hôtels 5 étoiles d'élite tels que l'Oberoi’s, le Park Royal et le Park Hotel à Delhi. Il a également ouvert un restaurant indien à Moscou, en Russie, en 1997. En 2006, il a participé au LE CORDON BLEU - CULINARY CUP qui s'est tenu à New Delhi. Plus tard dans l'année 2006, Anil a eu l'occasion de venir à Montréal, au Canada, pour travailler pour un restaurant indien gastronomique. Maintenant, Anil est tout enthousiasmé par cette nouvelle entreprise visant à satisfaire les Montréalais et à tester leurs papilles gustatives avec la nourriture de partout en Inde.

Your food is amazing Thatswhy giving you 5 stars. I visit at least once a month. Food is very tasty but I just want to mention about the service, your waiters are so rude, never smile & the way they serve food seems very disrespectful. The lady at counter & the taller slim guy are so nice. But the turban guy & the other waiter never smile or greet. May be they are good at their work but please ask them to behave little sweet. I'm the one who usually don't write anything like this. But I've been visiting your restaurant from last one year & at every visit I arrive hoping this time your waiters will behave good but disappointed every time
. I love your food. Please pay attention to your waiters.

I really loved this place! The chilli momos & Delhi chaat platter are a must-try - they're so delicious! The atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, making it feel like home. Definitely a great spot to satisfy your Indian food cravings!

I really missed good Indian food when i came to Montréal, not anymore!! the owners are very welcoming. customer service was top tier & the food was nothing less than an art. Out of the several Items we ordered my favourites were Achari panner tikka, momos & lamb curry.

Food is amazing l,but very small portions & expensive. I am average aize at 65lkg. I had to order 2 olates since each had 3 to 4 pieces of meat.l,& 2 roti beads. For about 50$. Plus 2 drunks & tip = 80$+

Food is generally excellent but I got there at 5 past 9 & was told the dining room was closed which doesn't track with Google hours (10pm) or their front door sign which say 9:30pm. That wasnt appreciated.

Food is great. Service has dropped. We got seated next to a leaking roof with a bucket. Then they never asked us to order for 15 minutes. We left.

I tried the brunch menu with my friends & it was amazing. The chole bhature were so fluffy on the inside & crispy on the outside. Authentic flavored Sambar & delicious masala dosa!

Freshly cooked, very delicious, the staff are very helpful. There is nothing special about the interior of the restaurant, it is clean & simple. We regularly go there with our friends , in our opinion it should be in top 5 Indian restaurants in Montreal.
