About us
Anil Chauhan- Co-Owner and Chef
For the past 30 years, Chef Anil has been cooking up creative and delicious dishes from all over India. Born and raised in Delhi, India, Anil got his Diploma from the culinary school. He has worked as Chef in elite 5-star hotels like Oberoi’s, Park Royal and Park hotel in Delhi. He has also launched an Indian restaurant in Moscow, Russia in the year 1997. In 2006, he participated in the LE CORDON BLEU – CULINARY CUP held in New Delhi. Later in the year 2006, Anil got an opportunity to come to Montreal, Canada to work for a fine dining Indian restaurant. Now Anil is all excited with this new venture to cater the people of Montreal and test their tastebuds with the food from all over India.

We recently dined at this Indian restaurant, & the experience was truly delightful. The ambiance was warm & inviting, & the service was impeccable. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the 'Roomali Roti,' in the past which was simply amazing. However, it's disappointing to hear that it's no longer on the menu. Nevertheless, the other dishes we tried were equally delicious, showcasing the chef's talent & dedication to authentic flavors. I hope they bring back the Roomali Roti in the future, but even without it, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for a fantastic Indian culinary experience🥰View more

Aucunement intéressé à dire un mot en Français. La fille à la caisse n'a aucune façon. Cela fait quelques fois que je vais à ce resto & aucune évolution dans le service en francais. CLAIREMENT INSULTANT COMME ATTITUDE. Je n'y retourne pas.

I was there with my son Sunday September 18th 2022 for the first time. The ambience is low key but very relaxing, everyone was very nice & the food was delicious!!! I will definitely be back & will recommend this place to many.

We were not greeted by the employee when we entered. When we sat down we were asked if we wanted to see the menu!?! The waiters (there were two) did not ask if we wanted anything from the bar. The food arrived in a timely manner & was delicious (LOVE the chettinad chicken!). At no time were we asked if all was OK or if we enjoyed the food or if we wanted coffee/tea/dessert (there were only a few others in the restaurant so they certainly would have had the time to do that). Just seemed as though the 2 employees were not trained &/or familiar with the usual server manners. Due to the sub-standard service experienced, would not dine there again, but would order for delivery.

Amit, the restaurant co-owner, was so welcoming that it was a delight to meet him while we were waiting for our order to be ready. The food was delicious & the chef is one of a kind. I highly recommend this restaurant & I'm sure to become a regular there.

Loved it ! Perfect service, knows how to make authentic Indian. I'm a picky eater, mostly when it comes to Indian cuisine but this restaurant wow ! Would 100% recommend it.
