Masako Plus was originally opened in 2006, it began with just 22-seats along with a small Sushi bar. Even in such a tiny place, Masako Plus has grown and gained their reputation all over St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, a small town located 35 minutes from Montreal. In just a short period of time, the demand of our customer has increased than our expected; make us to be the well known Sushi bar and restaurant in town. Because of that, we finally to begin to expand and served our customer better than ever. With our new location, Masako Plus can now welcome 78 guests in a pleasant, ultramodern Japanese style and laid back environment with our Japanese-inspired cuisine. The vision of Masako Plus, not only serve fast, nutritious, Japanese cuisine but still using the traditional way of preparing fresh and delight Sushi. Combined with the simplicity of presentation as well as the preparing, The dish will be suitable for everyone from kids to adult as well as grand ma and pa. At Masako Plus, the customer’s satisfaction is our priority because of this; the attention to the detail and decor on each dish has been carefully double and triple check by our chef at Masako Plus before serving to our customer. The chef will be gladly prepare any special dish with great care and beautifully presented on the spot.

Depuis des années que nous commandons chez Masako & toujours excellent. Par contre depuis un certain temps (3-4 dernières commandes) il n'y a pratiquement plus de poisson dans les sushis :(
Fraises à peine visibles dans leurs Tropicaux. De plus deux de nos commandes avaient des éléments manquants !!

Je laisse rarement des avis, mais cette visite m'a vraiment déçue. Masako a toujours été mon restaurant préféré pour la qualité de ses sushis. Lors de ma dernière visite, j'ai eu du mal à retrouver ce qui faisait la réputation de l'établissement, même si mon entourage m'avait déjà prévenue d'une baisse de qualité. Les makis étaient essentiellement composés de riz, avec une quantité de poisson presque inexistante.
Je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai, & je ne le recommanderai plus comme avant.
Malheureusement très déçus cette fois ci, après tant d années (15) où c était parfait.
N'avions pas été manger sur place depuis le Covid & avons été vraiment déçus.
Service/ambiance, ignorés pendant 15 mins aucun sourire, ni demandé si à notre goût, seulement à la fin si on voulait autre chose ou la facture. On a préférés quitter même si encore faim & que nous avions prévu prendre autre chose.
Assis à côté du balai & porte poussière qui a été présent du début à la fin, dans le passage devant le comptoir près de l'entrée, où les tas de plateaux & boîtes de take-out, on aurait dû demander à changer de place,... Il n y avait pas foule.
En take-out reste encore une bonne option, mais ce n'est plus le Wow d'avant, plus petit moins savoureux, vraiment dommage.

I love how freshly prepared all the food is, also you can feel the love they put in preparing your food ,a must try restaurant if you are around.
