The pastries & breads here are always high quality & delicious & we used to come regularly. Unfortunately, some of the staff are not very friendly. Last time, at 5:30 pm (half an hour before closing), we arrived & asked for coffee but were told in an unfriendly way that they wouldn't serve it because they are closing at 6! This kind of attitude makes me hesitant to return, despite the great products

Je suis venue me poser ce matin entre deux rendez-vous pour prendre un café, une bouchée & relaxer un peu. J'avais déjà acheté des pâtisseries pour emporter ainsi qu'un gâteau pour une occasion, & j'avais été franchement satisfaite. Je m'étais toujours dit : il faut que je reste prendre un café sur place.
👉 Côté bouffe : 10/10, rien à redire.
👉 Côté ambiance : malheureusement, on repassera.
Une employée derrière le comptoir passait son temps à dénigrer une collègue absente, critiquant notamment son omission de porter le filet (beurk) & sa façon de « ne pas travailler ». Comme cliente, être témoin de ce genre de « mémérages » & d'un tel manque de professionnalisme n'a rien d'agréable. Même le couple assis à côté trouvait la situation malaisante (je les entendais chuchoter entre eux).
Bref, la qualité des produits est excellente, mais ce matin, l'expérience client a été négligée par l'attitude du staff derrière le comptoir, littéralement avec nous en salle à manger. Dommage.
Great local café. I would go once every other week to catch up with a friend or just to sit down & do my crosswords. The baguette sandwiches are usually really good & their coffee has never disappointed. I am also a fan of their pastries!
Cest la première fois que j'achète quelque chose dans cette boulangerie, c'était au marché à St Eustache. Le.croisant aux amandes était très bon & le carré blanc au levain tellement délicieux !
Excellent beaucoup de choix endroit propre on peut prendre un café tranquille.
Seul chose que j'ai pas aimé c'est le chocolat chaud qui est bas de gamme .
