Je ne suis pas aller depuis 3 ans, j'avais vraiment hâte d'y être en plus, mais quel différence (service a la clientèle pourri *pas un sourire)
Facture très exorbitante
L'Endoit est devenu très très sale.
Bref c'etait ma dernière fois.
Je déconseille carrement (je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé pendant cette periode de 3 ans mais vous devez réctifier au plus vite)
Je suis client à cet place depuis les 20 dernières année. J'y vais ce dimanche matin comme plusieurs dimanches avec ma famille pour déjeuner. Ma fille de 8 ans regarde pour un sandwich du matin. La commis me dit qu'il est passé 11:00 donc ça ne sera plus possible. Il est 11::03 sur ma montre. Aucune effort ou quoi que ce soit, seulement un désolé ! Une pâtisserie réputé depuis plus de 20 ans qui est maintenant rendu avec un standard que l'on retrouve chez Mc Do ! Nous avons simplement quitté après avoir exprimé notre mécontentement. Suite à cela, aucune tentative de conserver leur clients depuis très longue date !
En réponse à votre commentaire. Premièrement, NON votre serveuse n'a rien proposé à part de dire désolé, nous servons plus les sandwichs après 11:00 & je réitère que suite au mécontentement, aucune mesure a été prise afin de pallier à cette situation. Deuxièmement, ce n'est pas que vous auriez pu mais vous auriez dû faire exception à un client qui contribue régulièrement à votre entreprise. Clairement, vous oubliez que ce sont les clients qui vous font vivre & pas le contraire.
While waiting to collect an order for an event, as the items were not yet packaged, we decided to try some croissants at this shop. Overall, it's among the best in Laval. The place smells amazing from the moment you walk in. We tried the almond chocolate & pistachio croissants, & both were generously filled & really satisfying.
I've been going there roughly once a week on average & I'm still going, so take this review for what it is - honest, not a grudge.
The food is genuinely good - that's what keeps pulling me back. But if you're ordering drinks like an iced latte, do yourself a favor & specify how you want it made, otherwise it can come out tasting really off. A little more care from the barista goes a long way.
The interior is a bit of a head-scratcher. The space is cluttered with unnecessary items that serve no real purpose other than eating up room. With a bit of reorganization this place could feel so much more open & comfortable. Instead, tables are small, old, & not particularly well maintained - not what you'd expect for the prices they charge.
& speaking of prices - it's on the pricier side for what you get. You get the sense the place survives mostly because there's no real competition in the neighborhood rather than because it's truly earned its spot. A little more pressure from nearby alternatives might do wonders.
As for the owners - whether they don't speak English or simply choose not to, it's hard to say. Either way, if English is your language, don't expect much of a warm exchange.
Despite all that, here I am, still coming back every week. The food wins. But there's definitely room - literally & figuratively - for improvement.
The quality decreased significantly compared to previous years. It is no longer as it used to be. Plus, the prices increased dramatically - no correlation really. Quite deceiving!
Grande déception pour Pâques, la boulangerie m'a vendu un vieux gâteau qui a été congelé alors que j'avais téléphoné pour avoir un gâteau frais.
Le service toujours ordinaire. Pas aimable.
J'étais au Salon du Chocolat de Montréal & tout à coup, je fais LA rencontre... Les CANNELÉS, c'était un moment de bonheur incomparable. J'en ai acheté un aux pistaches, je me disais :'Bon, on verra bien.' Je n'attends pas, je déguste sur le coup & je fige :'Mais c'est quoi ça ???' Une texture, un goût (pistaches), la pâte alvéolée, c'est incroyable dans une si petite chose !! J'ai acheté la grosse boîte, mais oui, oui. Ma fille a approuvé & elle a acheté ce délice & d'autres ont suivi. Je vous dis, c'est une découverte pour les papilles. Je recommande fortement. Une chance qu'ils sont si proches (Laval). Imaginez s'ils retournaient en France...

The best pastries in Laval or even the world! Never had one that didn't meet the highest quality in freshness & taste. The other food products are also excellent if you prefer savory over sweet! Thankyou for serving your clients in Laval!
Pour une boulangerie patisserie française, je suis déçu par leur pain au chocolat. Aucun goût pour le Feuilletage.
Bo point pour le choix, je devrais revenir essayer les plats & encas !
