"My family and I were very disappointed, the service was unacceptable, the waiter spent more time speaking to other patrons instead of focusing on his own, it took him over 20 minutes to come to our table even though the place was empty, never once did he come by to ask us if we needed anything after finally getting our meal which wasn't that good."
