Review Summary

Reviews describe Mandy's as a salad-focused spot where fresh greens and hearty bowls can feel surprisingly filling, with 'Le Fave' often highlighted as a standout option. Pricing is frequently labeled expensive, but many diners feel the large portions and flavorful dressings justify the cost when the ingredients are fresh. Experiences vary by location and visit, with some customers praising generous portions, good service, and a stylish, inviting atmosphere, while others complain about bitter greens, small portions of mock chicken, minimal dressing, or order mishaps. Takeout and dine-in are both popular, and the option to eat in or take out is appreciated by many. A few reviews mention catering orders going smoothly, though there are notes of inconsistency and even potential closures. Overall, Mandy's appears to be a go-to for salad lovers seeking variety and a quick healthy meal, though expectations should account for potential variability in taste, portion size, and value depending on location.

The best salad place I've ever been to! I get Endless Summer, Crunchy Sesame, & Peanut Satay all the time. The cookies & gluten-free brownies are so good as well! The interior is super cute & well decorated, & staffs are very friendly. 100% recommend (& not sponsored😆)

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux des employés. Je remercie particulièrement Bijou, qui m'a recommandé le biscuit Velours rouge. La soupe intitulée Rêves verts est aussi riche en nutriments que savoureuse, par ailleurs.

I ordered delivery so I mixed the salad myself. I was happy they packaged it that way so it didn't get soggy! When you go there, they mix it for you, though. The salad was very fresh & all the veggies, too. I added mushrooms & tomatoes, but it didn't need any extras, I will just trust the recipe next time! The butternut squash soup was a bit watery, but the flavor was rich & it was exactly what I wanted!

Excellent salads. Very fresh. Their lumberjack is my favorite.

I had the lumberjack salad & it was quite delicious & filling. took a table on the patio in the front which has a really nice vibe. The only thing you need to know is that you need to order your food & if you take it to eat there, they give you a #& they come to deliver to you later on.

This is one of the smaller Mandy’s locations next to the Alexis Nihan Mall downtown. While the locations on Crescent & in Old Montreal are objectively more beautiful, the staff are always very nice & helpful.

It does seem as though the menu recently changed to highlight the build your own salad option. I used to appreciate the veggie menu but the vegan options are still clearly labelled.

All of the salads I have had have never disappointed & I often find my self craving a teriyaki salad. The portions are massive & I am always full with extras left over for later. The biggest downside is the constantly climbing price. I think the cheapest salad option is around $15 plus tax & most run for over $20 now. Then in addition to paying for every modification made to the salad or with the build your own salad option, the end product can really cost an arm & a leg. I mean today I was waking by & stopped to grab a salad & the price for two & lemonades ran more than what I pay for a meal at a nice restaurant minus the alcohol (approx $75).

I understand that inflation has taken a hit to everyone & that Mandy’s has managed to maintain the flavour despite the changes, however it has always been a pricy place & the further price hikes are getting a little out of hand.

Suggestion: what if Mandy’s starts offering half sizes or reduces the portion size. I never see anyone finish the salads anyway & I would rather pay $12 for a half salad than $20+ for something I can’t finish.

Great salad spot. Filled with many options & flavors.

The people who work here are always on the move, especially during lunch & dinner hours. It's admirable to see them among & grinding out orders.
