Première fois chez Mandy's & on est accueilli par Indra qui est un amour, un vrai coup de coeur! Service exceptionnel, chaleureux & attentionné, elle nous a raconté l'histoire du restaurant & des gens ce succès. Les salades sont absolument délicieuses, un vrai wow, & le décor est tout simplement fabuleux. Je reviendrai!
We visited Mandy's while on a girls trip & LOVED it! Highly recommend adding it to your itinerary. I was happy to see vegan & vegetarian options, & their little retail section is to die for. We would love to visit again!
I always show up at the time my order is supposed to be ready & then have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. The time estimate on the online order platform should really match how long it takes to prepare, I already don't have a lot of time for lunch & this just eats into my break more.
Today my 25$ salad was missing the two most expensive ingredients, they didn't tell me when i picked it up & didn't even apologize when i walked all the way back to let them know. If an ingredient is out, it should be indicated on the online order platform or when the order is picked up.
I usually like Mandy's but I'm really disappointed & I found the salad very bland today.
I'm originally from Vancouver & the salad bars are amazing there. Having said that, there aren't many options in Old Port & I've given this Mandy's location four chances now & each time it's so disappointing. Today was the last straw. Please have a look at my photo…I'm sorry but if I wanted to eat whole pieces of lettuce like a rabbit, I could've just gone to the grocery store & bought a head myself. Not only was it unappetizing, I picked out 5-6 whole pieces of lettuce, the tortilla chips were whole size chips that I had to use my hands to eat & I paid almost $30 with tip for this atrocious thing. Am I crazy for thinking this is disgusting?! Mandy's needs to pay a visit to Vancouver or LA & see what a good salad looks like. Never again.
Delicious, fresh salads & super friendly staff! Everything was well-prepared & full of flavor, loved the whole experience at Mandy's. Highly recommend!

We were on a driving trip to Quebec City & stopped in Montreal for half day to see the historical sites. For lunch we went to several places we researched from home & easily picked Mandy's . Everything was great. Good service, good food & interesting atmosphere. Inside & outside seating but inside definitely better. Pretty crowded today but tables turn over quickly as many customers seemed to be locals. A real fun place. Highly recommended.
My server Kelly at Mandy's Old Port location made my day. Her warmth & care are just as nourishing as the salads. She represents everything Mandy's is about-feel-good food & feel-good vibes. If you haven't treated yourself to a Mandy's moment yet, this is your sign.
THE salad spot
Sure, you may be paying a premium price. But for the quality of ingredients & portion, the service, & atmosphere, it is definitely worth it. Mandy's is not necessarily an'on-the-go' spot, it's an experience. I hadn't been here in a while & used to be iffy about the service in certain locations. However, the service was perfect this time. I had the seared tuna salad & it was crazy delicious. Mandy's is just an IT girl point final
Emmanuela a été très serviable. Elle a su m'écouter & y répondre accordement. Je me suis senti gêné en me présentant à Mandy's. J'ai eu l'impression qu'elle a remarqué cela car elle m'a servi un verre d'eau & m'a donner des napkins. C'est des petits geste qui fait tout la différence. Les employés son assidu dans leurs travail.
Je retournerai sans faute à cette endroit. Merci Mandy's & employés pour le bon service & salads !
I usually LOVE Mandy's salads, although they are more on the pricey side. I always get their endless summer salad, the mock tamari chicken is so delicious, i always pay for extra. However, i guess they changed their supplier because when I got my salad delivery today, they used a different type of mock meat & it was absolutely disgusting 😭 The taste was so bad & strong & the texture was too soft. Hopefully they will go back to their old supplier 🤞

I Had just drove up from New York & was trying to park But didn't understand the system!! This lovely ,kind Girl from Mandy's went above & beyond to Help me find a parking spot! Her name was Melanie.Thank you again for being so kind to a British person ! That really appreciated You ,& maybe should of payed attention in French class! She Needs a pay raise .Also the place is Beautiful inside 💗
Omg where do I begin!? This was like entering a fairy tale. So many places at Montreal said they were dog friendly or had vegan food but when we went there they would say they meant small dogs or that those vegan menus on reviews were old! So this was like fairytale to enter Mandy's that is genuinely dog-friendly & vegan-friendly! Absolutely loved the ambience! I was wondering why I never visited the Toronto Mandy's yet! It was BEAUTIFUL! Thoughtfully made. & everyone treated my dog so good & she enjoyed all the attention 🐶 One thing that I never understood in North American restaurants is they never serve water first thing. Mandy's was perfect that way. ASA we settled in our table, not only did they serve me water but also my doggo! The staff were so polite. You order & pay before you take the table which imo is a good thing. They had plenty of vegan options which was heart warming! I had a delicious bowl of hot lentil soup which was like a toned down version of the Indian channa curry! It was delicious. If I had to rate all the spots we checked out in Montreal, Mandy's would be my number one! I can't wait to take my dog to the Toronto branches!
