Mandy's is great. While this location is on the smaller side, seating options are normally available.

The food is good & the portions generous, the cookies are always a fresh extra at the end of our lunch.

The staff seems very hardworking & are always friendly. Sometimes they do make mistakes taking custom salad orders but they will always own up to it.

My suggestion is to staple the actual salad checklist to the receipt so they prep the salad based on that rather than the order punched in the system, which could have mistakes.

A special shoutout to Charlie, who was extra helpful, friendly & accommodating with me & my son on one of our latests visits. It made all the difference.

Mauvaise expérience au Mandy's du centropolis, j'ai pris une salade bucheron & tout avait l'air bon, cependant j'ai été infecté toute la nuit après par la salmonellose qui provient probablement de leur poulet! On les a appelé pour leur informé de la situation pour ps que d'autres clients subissent la meme chose. Il n'avait pas vraiment l'air de s'en soucier. Ils ont perdu un fidele client malheureusement

I'm honestly very disappointed.
I had a yogurt parfait at another Mandy's location in Montreal & it was excellent properly filled, great portion, exactly what you'd expect for the price. So I came to the Laval location specifically to get it again… & was genuinely shocked.
The cup was barely half full, with almost no yogurt inside. Charging around $10 for something that feels unfinished & poorly portioned is not acceptable.
There's a clear inconsistency between locations, & at that price point, you expect a minimum standard. This felt careless & frankly disrespectful to the customer.
I hope this gets addressed, because the product itself can be great but this experience really missed the mark.

Update : new menu is on. Prices are lower I was kind of surprised when I gave it a try last week. But :
Avocado was rotten in my salad (I throw it away) Parmesan wasnt in stock...so I couldn't replace with anything else or pay Extra ? Even replace with more nuts or Kale wasn't an option ??
Well I made my own quinoa bought my kale at Walmart so delicious in a format ready to use. Bye for good Mandy's. I am making my own salads at home from now on. With fresh ingredients that I can eat.
Use to go alot then ingredients were not fresh salad was past due & smell bad plus quantity was ridiculously low in the bowl. I stopped going. Went today exceptionally, was not impressed the bowl was empty & I had to furnish with my own ingredients from home to make it eatable. 23$ for that. Ridiculous

This is my favourite Mandy's location. Not only are the staff always so nice & professional, the portions & quality control are superior at this location compared to others, especially the West Island one.

I found plastic piece inside my salad… I would not buy from this particular Mandy store again. Love the Mandy salad though

La qualité du Mandys à Laval s'est grandement détériorée…
Il s'agit de ma deuxième fois où ma salade est incomplète… 2 fois pas d'avocat…
Il manque souvent des ingrédients dans la salade…
Le resto est souvent malpropre.
Je vais reconsidérer mes prochaines visites au Mandy's… Leur popularité a clairement affecté la qualité.

Visited Mandy's for the first time on Christmas Eve. The staff was so helpful with their recommendations, especially Chloe. I tried the veggie protein bowl & their new smoreo cookie. Their recommendation was amazing!! The service from the staff was so quick & helpful, & the restaurant was nice & clean. I will definitely be coming back!
