Dans l ensemble Mandy's est perçu comme un endroit pour des salades fraîches et savoureuses et des options saines, avec un large choix pour composer sa salade et des plats du jour. Les clients notent des ingrédients de haute qualité, des espaces lumineux et accueillants, et un service généralement chaleureux et efficace, bien que certaines succursales aient connu des soucis comme des ingrédients manquants, des prix plus élevés et un service parfois plus lent en période d affluence. Les soupes, le bouillon et les pâtisseries fraîches complètent bien le menu, et beaucoup reviennent régulièrement en appréciant la variété des vinaigrettes et la possibilité d adapter la salade au goût. Cette expérience est décrite comme fraîche, bien préparée et satisfaisante.
Soooo... this breaks my salad-loving heart, but... I have to say it. I have been eating Mandy's salads for YEARS, & this is the third time in recent months that I order from the DDO location (the Lumberjack) & the third time I'm disappointed. I had to spit out most of the pieces of chicken. If I'm willing to pay $24 (+ tax & tip) for a salad, Mandy's should be willing to use only the best ingredients, or at least edible ones. Why am I biting into dark chicken meat that's all fat & slimy?? I'm not even complaining that there is dark meat in the salad, just saying the meat just wasn't good. At ALL!!! Since it's the third time, I had to leave a review. Not sure I'll be picking up salads from this location ever again or any Mandy's for that matter. :(
I stood at the counter ready to order for a solid 7 minutes watching the girls behind the counter talk amongst themselves before I got fed up & asked if I was in the right spot to place my order & only then she took my order. Like seriously? If I hadn't said anything how much longer would I have been standing there before they even acknowledged me?
I was going to stay there to eat but I felt so unwelcome I took my 30$ salad & left. Besides that, the salads & ambiance are great, but the terrible service makes me not want to go back.

My favourite Mandy's ever! The food is always so amazing & the service is 10/10. I was served by Adriana & Brodi today, they were super friendly, welcoming & just so sweet overall! :)

My favorite lunch place. The atmosphere is lovely & friendly. Ava always welcomes me with a smile. The service is excellent. This restaurant is very well managed.
Today, I had the pleasure of being served by Brodi! It was my first time at a Mandy's store, & she was extremely helpful & welcoming. She did not rush me into ordering & offered her opinion on which options she thought I would like best. She was not only like this towards me, but also towards every customer who walked through the door. It was such a pleasant experience, & I hope to be greeted by her again soon !!

Mandy's DDO is the bomb ! The dream team of Samara, Ava, Brody, & the kitchen crew is excellent. Fresh salads, great customer experience & the prep is spot on, each & every time. They just get it. I'm a huge fan !
This was my first time there & I ordered the peanut butter lentil & a peanut date salad! & OMG! It was soooo freakin good! WOW! The soup was soo good that it reminded me of my mamas home made soup! The person who served me was soo sweet & very helpful & her name is Meghan R. But they are all really nice. I love this place & plan to visit again! Love the atmosphere too! You got to go & try their stuff! You won't regret it!💕👍🏽😘
Not a big salad person, but I found these ones delicious! They have so many options that it was hard to decide. The place is beautiful, very well decorated, & the staff were kind & friendly. I just find it a bit overpriced for a salad, but once in a while it's totally worth it
