Horrible dine-in & take-out unlike other locations.
Quality & quantity diminished as the time goes… Really disappointing as I used to LOVE mandy's salads! Did takeout a few times, & it's so unfortunate that the portions are tiny & the ingredients aren't as fresh… Often times even missing items in the order..
Tried to reach out to them via their website & email, but they don't seem to care enough to answer.
Good meal for lunch. A little expensive. No service at table. Not sure I would go back. A soup, a salad & one pop- $56.00 + tip.
First time trying Mandy's it's pretty good for a salad place. I think I might be my go to salad place now you got a pretty decent size portion & it's salad that actually taste good worth the hype. I got the duck salad their special of the month & it was really really good for sure would come back to try the other salads.
My wife & I are regulars at least 3 to 4 times a week. I always order the Caesar salad on my wife, always orders the wolfe salad. Possibly the nights that we order on have different staff preparing the food, but the Caesar has been a little dry & the wolf has been missing chicken. Spoke to a manager, said she would call me back & never did. Have not ordered from there since & we are spending about $200 week +.
The staff is super friendly, & the choices to build your own salad are elite.
Great, delicious salads & cookies.. service is very mediocre & prices are absolutely ridiculous.
Lettuce was old & provided no ustensiles. You charge an arm & leg for a salad, at least match the price.
Love their salads. Easy to order for deliveries. If ordering in person I always order some of their sauces to try & recreate them at home. Try their smoothies - really good as well! My favourites are : crunchy sesame, peanut satay.
With their premium prices, Mandy's should command no less than top marks at all times. Unfortunately their products aren't what they once were. It's as though their salads aren't as meticulously prepared as they once were. Needs improvement. Tonight's salad was not good.
Best salade ever, this was my comment always, but for pick up it's so so bad ! Salad is so dry they don't put the same amount of dressing at all !
My fave is Chicken Ramen Bowl, but all the salads look delicious. The decor is beautiful & unique to every location. Since they serve fresh salads, expect a little wait time, but totally worth it. The employees are always nice, polite & helpful.
Great place for salads & they are very good & tasty Great ambiance & staff
Horribly over priced & when i found grocery code stickers in my salad i was told to go online to get a rebate....pathetic service......
The Salads here are great though on the pricey side.
The service is very slow to non existent I placed an online order gave my name when I came in & was told I needed to wait. No problem we were there much earlier than the estimated ready time. I heard the person controlling the pass call out to the kitchen that I was there for my order.
However, after 30 minutes I went back outside to move my car into an actual spot & let my girlfriend know what was going on. Went back in checked again incase my order was ready was told it was not & the kitchen call from the pass was made again. I then sat for another 20 minutes until the person working the pass walked over & asked if I already placed my order. I said yes & gave my name & it turns out my order was sitting on the takeout shelf for who knows how long despite checking twice. Not the biggest deal people can miss things.
What is most concering is what I observed while I was waiting in terms of food safety. Two cellphones on a food surface from their display case. One person actively using one of those cell phones while sitting & talking with the person running the pass. At the same time there was a staff coffee cup in the same area also being actively used. You may say "the staff need to drink too" & I would agree but this is a food safety hazard that gets called out when a restaurant is inspected for a reason.
Further to those two issues once the kitchen seemed to calm down I could see a staff member of the kitchen brigade eating at the pass over a food area also.
I am surprised at this locations lack of standards for preventing food born illnesses especially at the price point & volumes they are dealing with. There is zero reason to be so sloppy with food safety standards like that, especially so blatently in the open.
