The service was nice but the selection... let me tell you... it wasn't fantastic. The cakes are breaking... the chocolate on the cakes are melting or cracking... also they have a presentation of fruits but they are all bruised & not looking their healthiest... anyways, the star more was for the service I received or else it would have been a 2.
La présentation était correcte mais les gâteaux contenait beaucoup de crème, les biscuits un peux sec, il aurait ete un plus imbibé de sirop cela aurait été beaucoup mieux & aurait aleger le tout.
The presentation was fine, but the cakes contained too much cream, & the biscuits were a bit dry. A little more syrup would have made them much better & lighter.
I just wanted to say that this is hands down my favourite bakery in Montreal/Laval. Every cake I've ordered has been absolutely incredible-always fresh, made with high-quality ingredients, & topped with delicious fresh fruit. You can really taste the difference.
The service is just as amazing as the desserts. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, & make every visit a great experience. This is the only bakery I trust for my birthday cakes & special occasions.
A huge thank you to the owners & the entire team for consistently delivering such outstanding quality & service. If you live anywhere in the Montreal/Laval area, I 100% recommend Si Bon Carrefour for your next dessert, birthday, or celebration. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered a birthday cake & gave them specific instructions & I guess she didn't write them all down. I had asked for navy blue writing (without the bows) & the inspo picture clearly shows that there are 2 colours on the cake. Unfortunately, the baker didn't seem to see that & instead made a uniform cake with a crappy design & the writing is just awful. They gave me a 20$ refund for a 75$ cake, which is ridiculous.
Edit: Went back & demanded a complete refund & after debating the'manager' gave in. Honestly, it's the first time my sister & i had to be Karens. Don't go there if you want a specific design for your cakes, they honestly fell off.
Bought a strawberry birthday cake for my sister & it was amazing! The pandispanya was incredibly fresh & soft, & there were lots of fresh strawberries inside. It tasted very light & delicious, not too sweet. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend!
Came here for the'trompe oeil'. Mango was the best! Also LOVED the strawberry & chocolate!! They had so many desserts, cakes, cookies. Great spot, highly suggest!
We tried this pastry store via UberEats & it was a great find!!! This place seems to be a new middle Eastern pastry shop since they propose different kind of middle Eastern pastries, croissants, cakes, & other desserts.
We got few individual cakes like Carrot cake, Pistachio roll, chocolate roll, vanilla roll etc. All were good except the carrot cake which was very dry & seemed from few days (not really fresh). The vanilla roll didn't taste anything & the white forest cake was a bit blend specially with the fruits that had been used (from my experience those were canned fruits, not fresh).
In term of price, each cake was 7$ on UberEats so a bit expensive compared to the real cost in average in other pastry shops.
Overall, it was ok, not impressed but no regrets either. Feel free to go & try for yourselves.
Note: If you are looking for French pastries, then this place is not for you, you will be disappointed.
We took 3 type of cake They seem old not fresh & i didn't like the taste of this branch I usually take from the branch of east laval & it was better than this one Not worth the money
