Je suis allée environ 5 fois en tout .mais les 2 dernières expériences, on a eu la viande qui sentait tres mauvaise ( doner mixte ) d'ailleurs on la laissé. C'est vraiment domage. C'est sûre que je ne donnerai pas une troisième chance .Par contre, le service était toujours tres bien .

Je suis très déçu de mon passage chez Maison Istanbul. Les toilettes étaient dans un état inacceptable : très sales, avec de l'eau partout & une forte mauvaise odeur. Quant aux plats, ils étaient fades & sans saveur. Une expérience que je ne souhaite pas renouveler.

Très belle place pour manger turc. La bouffe est incroyable, belle ambiance, personnel tres serviable, souriant.
Le café turc servi dans sa tasse unique est un incontournable .

A complete disaster. The restaurant was incredibly stuffy & lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable just to sit inside. They are clearly understaffed, which meant the service was non-existent-everyone was completely indifferent. On top of that, our food took forever to arrive, & after all that waiting, it was both freezing cold & tasted awful. No service, no quality, & a terrible atmosphere. Save your time & money, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Mes amis & moi avons appelé Maison Istanbul afin de prendre une réservation & la réceptionniste qui nous a répondu a été absolument désagréable pour aucune raison. Elle nous a tout d'abord raccroché au nez & lorsque nous avons appelé une deuxième fois elle nous a dit, je cite: « va te faire … » & elle a ensuite raccroché une deuxième fois. Nous sommes des personnes très responsables qui n'avions aucune intention de faire perdre du temps à qui que se soit & nous ne méritions pas du tout ce manque d'amabilité & de politesse envers des clients. La nourriture est bonne, selon une expérience passé, mais elle n'est pas du tout représentative de la qualité du service à la clientèle qui est, lui, médiocre.
