Il serait peut-être judicieux de considérer un changement de nom pour ce restaurant, car son appellation actuelle d'Istanbul ne semble pas rendre hommage à la délicatesse culinaire associée à cette ville. En effet, la réputation de la nourriture à Istanbul repose sur sa délicieuse saveur, une caractéristique qui ne semble malheureusement pas être reflétée dans les plats servis au sein de cet établissement. Les éléments tels que le goût, le service & même les boissons laissent à désirer, ce qui pourrait éventuellement éloigner la perception que l'on pourrait avoir d'un véritable restaurant.
