Unfortunately there was a mix up
In our reservations & we we were very squished at the bar with obstructed views. However madame la propriétaire came to our rescue & did what she could to assist us to another seating arrangement.

Everything was excellent, great food, great music, the shows are excellent. Walking distance from Montmorency metro, Laval, so you don't need to wait for a bus after getting out of the metro. Excellent service. Perfect place for a birthday party.View more

Nous y avons été en groupe d'environ 30 personnes. L'endroit est très beau & la musique nous a plu. Les serveuses étaient super souriantes & très gentilles. Elles étaient à l'écoute. Cependant, je ne crois pas que la nourriture (ni le reste) vaut le prix. Ma fille a pris la joue de boeuf. Petit morceau, un peu de purée de pomme de terre & quelques légumes, le tout était très froid! Quand on paie 88$ une assiette, on s'entend que ça devrait être chaud! Elle a quand même bien mangé (13 ans) mais pour celle qui paie, ça passe moins bien. Frais de groupe, pourboire compris dans le prix, frais de spectacle (tout ça taxables en plus)... finalement, pour un repas à 55$ chacune, pour nous deux, on s'en est sorti à 287$. C'est écrit dans le menu "dessert & café", mais rien de ça nous a été offert (les mariés avaient leur propre gâteau, mais quand même, aucune offre de thé, café, autre dessert supposément compris dans le prix). Belle soirée tout de même, car entre amis, sinon, plusieurs autres endroits sont aussi cool & valent franchement plus la peine!View more

via LibroI/we have been to the House of Jazz many many times. Alex, one of your servers/manager always greets us with respect, kindness & incredible hospitality. We have sat in several locations from the times we have gone. We do find the second floor at the back where there is bar seating or below the bar seating on the second floor to be most suitable. The restaurant night club & musicians more so Michelle Sweeney are awesome. It is a real pleasure to find such a sweet place to have an enjoyable evening. Thank you
