Everything is awesome, their raw beef rice bowl is fire!View more
This is a small, unpretentious Korean restaurant downtown. I love their stews & dak galbi.View more
Very delicious Bibimbap with beef! Great service!View more
I wish they would focus more on a few dishes they already do well instead of having a thousand items on their menu, it's never a good idea. I love their gamjatang & their dumpling rice cake soup but their seollongtang was bad. i feel like 10yrs ago this place was full of people & now it's always empty, they need to revamp the place a little so it's more enticing. the bathrooms are absolutely horrible & the service isn't always great.View more
So far this is the most authentic korean restaurant in Montreal. Kimchijjigae was scorching hot as it should be, very generous amount of beef in Kalbi Tang & new interesting dish Mun a Muchim - cold salad with octopus, definitely should try if you like seafood with sweet-sour sauce. Banchan were delicious as well. The place looks simple but cozy. Prices are surprisingly moderate. Overall you definitely should try this place :)View more
Must try the pork rib soup if you are a meat lover 😋View more
Not an authentic bulgogi at this house of bulgogi. Other menus looked ok.View more
Great food, & great value too! Would 100% recommend. Friend had the pork bone soup, which looked delicious! Meanwhile I had the bulgogi, & we split some Fried Chicken & Fried Calamari between the two of us. Left the place satisfied, & full.View more
The food was excellent. Fried Man Du was awesome. The Dolsot Bi Bim Nap was also very good.View more
What a great & authentic food! Great & fast service, incredible taste of soups, fried shrimps & dumplings! A great starter plate before the appetizers that are offered by the house! My best recommendation!View more
Cold side dishes 2nd refill will be charged extra. :( (disappointed) I love the black goat stew! 🍲 To nitpick could be the Teriyaki sauce was added too much on salmons, which tasted salty to me personally. The steam dumplings were a bit over-cooked. The owner offered us awesome services. Overall it's a nice place to chill! ♨️View more
Repas délicieux, serveur très sympathique qui nous a super bien conseillé sur les plats. Belle découverte ! Prix raisonnables. À recommander. On reviendra, c'est sûr!View more
The pork bone soup/gamjatang has a rich & silky broth (akin to a good ramen) accompanied by heaping amounts of fall-off-the-bone pork. If you're wondering if you should eat here or what to order, try this.View more
I don't know why the reviews are so low for this place. Maybe everyone is getting the wrong dish? Get the spicy pork bone soup! It's one of my favorite dishes in the city. I've lived in New York & had spicey pork bone soup at multiple places in New York, & Toronto. This one is by far the best! It's simple but intensely flavored. The portions are large, & the prices are very fair. There are few legit no-frills restaurants in Montreal, & this is one of them.View more
I always get their pork bone soup every time I come here. My sister used to takeout a few of those to do hotpot at home. It is absolutely delicious & it is a hidden gem for anybody who could handle the heat. That being said, the atmosphere of the place is certainly lacking, & the services were just okay. Seems like most people would rather order takeout instead of coming here, & I would recommend that route too.View more
Used to go there every week for years a long time ago. The original owners were this couple that made authentic Korean dishes. Went back & had their shabu shabu, & was not disappointed, but not amazed since it used to taste better in my memory. A great spot to go during the weekend if your options were jampacked on Saint Catherine Street.View more
Owner is very cheap, charge me takeout bowls, no refill on small dishes. Average food tasteView more
