J'ai eu une superbe expérience au restaurant avec la serveuse Isabelle ! L'ambiance était chaleureuse, la nourriture délicieuse, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le service. Notre serveuse était tout simplement exceptionnelle.

Nous somme arriver sans reservation, l'hotesse nous a placer au bar, pas de probleme avec cela, mais attendu 20 minute sans qu'une serveuse vienne nous voir. Il y avait suffisant d'employer, la barmaid nous a servit de l'eau.

The steaks are high quality & the price definitely reflect that. However, the lobster & onion soup were let down. The lobster wasn't great & a bit dry (likely overcooked) & the onion soup has little to no soup, just a big chunk of onions inside. I would recommend just go for the steak which I would rate 5 stars & the lobsters & onion soup 1-2 stars. Otherwise, great service & atmosphere.

Très belle expérience au Maggie Oakes, le restaurant principal de l'hôtel William Gray. On connaissait la terrasse & sa superbe vue (photo), & le restaurant n'a pas déçu. Bel accueil & excellent service du début à la fin. Les plats sont copieux, & le restaurant offre une belle cuisine, bien travaillée. Le saumon grillé en croûte de sesame était délicieux (mention pour les purées de panais & carotte), délicieux homard, le tout à des prix raisonnables pour un hôtel de ce standing. Malgré la taille du restaurant, l'aménagement fait qu'on ne se sent pas noyé, bonne ambiance générale.
On y retournera pour les brunchs!

Une belle expérience, nous étions un grand groupe & j'ai vraiment apprécié que tous les plats ont été servi au même moment. En entrée, j'ai eu une soupe de carottes & gingembre (trop saveur à gengimbre pour mon goût) & comme repas principale, j'ai pris le steak bavette qui était délicieux, la portion etait parfait pour moi! Le service était accueillant. La vue de la terrasse en haut est incroyable! Je recommande cet endroit.
