Servers are great! Inside dining is noisy but restaurant is nice & nicely appointed. Their signature aged beef is priced per ounce, but is prepared in pre-sliced 20oz portions...why not just list the cut by the actual price instead of forcing the customer to pull out the calculator to figure the price of the serving? We ordered the Flank Steak which admittedly is the lowest price cut, but I ordered it because I didn't want to try to polish off 20oz of steak for dinner. I've had flank steak before & still enjoyed it but in this case I was sorry I ordered it. It was tough, chewy, & flavorless. I would recommend the restaurant remove it from the menu.

Our group of girls came here to celebrate a birthday & this place did not disappoint in any aspect. The atmosphere was great from decor to music volume. The food was very good, & all the drinks were delicious as well. As for the service, a very special thank you to our waiter Alec for taking care of our large group throughout the night. He did an amazing job & we were very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion!
Une belle expérience culinaire mais le service décevant. Beaucoup de nouveaux staff & une certaine lenteur pour la sortie des plats & d'un seul café latté! Néanmoins, des plats raffinés & une belle ambiance. La carte pour le brunch se situe autour de 28$ en moyenne pour un plat. Nous avons pris le Déjeuner du Sheriff (pour un bon appétit) & le Boeuf & Waffle. Deux plats qui méritent un bon 8/10 pour la créativité, le goût & la portion. Un bon rapport qualité/ prix dans l'ensemble. Vous pouvez choisir de manger à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Je vous recommande de réserver à l'avance car le restaurant étant attaché à l'Hotel William Gray, il se peut que vous deviez attendre un peu pour avoir une place. La maître d'hôtel n'a pas hésité à venir s'excuser de la lenteur du service. Une belle attention porté pour l'expérience client. Une belle expérience pour un Brunch. Je recommande sans hésiter!
